Excellent service!! I got a chip repaired in my windshield in 15 minutes. The whole experience from pulling up to leaving was 20 minutes, tops. They were very kind, courteous, and generous! Weve gone to Premium Auto Glass in Longmont several times now for windshield replacements and they have always given great service and done great work. Recently I went in to get a chip filled in my windshield to try and prevent it from cracking entirely. Scott helped me out and did the work on my windshield and gave me information on how to best try to avoid further damage moving forward. When I asked about payment he told me not to worry about it and comped the work. I was so surprised I didnt know what to say! I had initially made and appointment to go to a different glass company and pay over $100- but I am SO glad I remembered to call Premium Auto Glass and bring my car there. Thanks again Scott!

Awesome service. Ive had windshield replacements in the past and received great service. I just had a rock hit my windshield, took it in and they fixed the chip on the spot and didnt even charge me. I cant say enough about the people and the high level of service.

Went in and they did an awesome job!! Very nice on phone and in person. They took my car in right away & fixed my windshield chip in about 10 minutes. You can barley tell there was a chip. The best part of all....THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME! (I dont know if they regularly do that)EDIT: So I went in again for yet another chip repair....same thing! First time i got a chip on my windshield, and chose this place for repair. I stopped by end of the day as i just got off my work. They were able to get it repaired in less than 15 min and made it look way better, i could see only couple lines which is totally fine, + they didnt even charge me as it was one of those good days. I wanted to give this place 5 stars. They do great work and got me a better quality windshield than I would have gotten by going with one of the corporate auto glass chains. The only reason I felt 4 stars was appropriate was the fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and a statewide mask mandate is in place, yet no employees at this business are wearing masks to protect their customers and each other. No one is enjoying the requirements in this new world we live in, but I personally find it irresponsible to ignore the very real risks of potentially infecting one of your customers who may have health conditions that make them more vulnerable to this virus. If you dont care about that, this place does quality work....

Revised review: I guess Ron no longer works there. I called to check in with the old bunch and all the good help no longer works there. I did a little digging and it turns out Ron opened up his own shop called Master Auto Glass. I will definitely be giving him a call. Things must have gotten really bad at Premium for Ron to leave and it certainly got worse as a result of him leaving.So, this isnt a review from a customer standpoint, but it should have just as much if mot more validity. I have been installing auto glass for around 15 years and found myself staying in Longmont at a friends house while my transmission was being rebuilt. Anyway, long story short, I ended up seeking employment while out there and I was hired on by Ron at the Premium Auto Glass location in Longmont. I cant stress to you all how much of an outstanding character Ron is. From an employee standpoint, he makes sure you have absolutely everything you need to get the job done correctly. From a customers standpoint, you have experienced installers who are well equipped to do an outstanding job, under a manager who is truly dedicated to providing the best. More over, the employees want to do a good job because they are treated well by their employer. Sadly, I had to leave Longmont for family reasons, but I will enjoy the memory of working with some of the best. Hopefully, someday I will go back. Over the years I have worked for the best and worst companies out there. Premium Auto Glass in longmont is without doubt at the top of the list of best auto glass companies. Auto glass is a tricky business with multiple windshields, glass colors, attachment options, installation methods, etc. Ron will help you get the correct part, done right the first time, by installers that care about your vehicle and safety. That is very hard to find with so many companies wanting to just sling glass and make a quick buck. Ron makes auto glass a fun and rewarding experience for employees and customer alike.

I had an amazing experience at Premium Auto Glass! I stopped by on Dec 23, 2019 with a very small chip in the windshield of my new car. I was upset to already have a chip. I was promptly greeted, my car was taken right back and finished so quickly. I was surprised it was so quick! I was told I would still be able to see the crack. I havent even noticed it since I got it fixed! I will definitely recommend them and hope to not need their services again, but if I do, Ill be back!

Called around and these guys have the best price on getting those chips in your windshield fixed. Best part is you can just drive up and walk in. Super nice and friendly!

Stopped by on a Saturday morning with a cracked back window in my truck and I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days after to get it replaced. I spoke with Stan and gave him the make model of my vehicle. That afternoon he came back to me with a price that was over $150 less than the next company.I had an appointed booked for the following week. Never is fun to find your cars window was broken. I called around to get it fixed and everywhere was either booked out a week or way over priced. This place was awesome! I dropped off the car that day, they ran to their supplier to get the exact manufacturer window which was quite a distance. Then gave me a big discount. They did a great job replacing. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will go back.

I had a chip repair - it turned out to be two separate chips. I went to the shop in Longmont and they repaired both chips in 20 minutes - no charge. If I ever need a windshield replacement I will certainly go to Premium Auto Glass in Longmont for that service.

This in my opinion is the best glass company around. I had a cracked windshield and they came out and replaced it within 4 hours of calling them. They billed my insurance directly and I didnt have to worry about anything with them their installer Steve I believe his name was out of Longmont was awesome!

After calling around to nearly all the other auto glass shops in Longmont and north Denver Its obvious these guys are the best, these guys are knowledgeable and know what theyre doing. If you call in the morning theyll have you a new windshield installed the same day and their prices totally beat everyone elses Ive talked to. I highly recommend these guys, they will be the only ones doing glass for all of my vehicles. Also the free 6-month chip repair is pretty cool to have especially out here in Colorado.

They had me drive over an hour there to see the problem for themselves, when I could have accurately described it and/or sent photos. They had to order a windshield so I had to make the trip again. They were less than friendly. When i got there, the receptionist said take a seat. Thats it. No hi or welcome or sign in. O just sat. And no one spoke to me for over an hour. I overheard some stuff between the receptionist and the trainee. They even mocked a customer and I felt uncomfortable. Finally a man came in and said the job is done. I took it upon myself to start asking questions. How did it go, any issues (there were) am I free to drive now (no wait 20 mins for it to set)... the job looked good. But the customer service was seriously lacking.
