So my very first night there, I was in the middle of moving stuff into my storage and a box containing a whole lot of very small things fell open from the bottom...I was cleaning up my mess and didnt realize it was so close to 10 pm. When the gates close, leaving me locked inside. They give you no kind of warning or anything like almost every other place Ive been to does. The customer service rep on the other end was sweet but none of her codes worked so she had to contact the gm, who was stern but not rude. And she informed me if this happened again I would be limited to office hours only.... That was understandable. Well her codes didnt work either to let me out so the property manager had to come and open the gate. I understand it was 1030 pm but it was as an honest mistake, and one that could have possibly been avoided with an announcement of some sort. Any way long story short, the property manager was very rude acting like it was the biggest inconvenience of the year to her and she informed me that if this happens again I will no longer be allowed to rent with extra space period.. it was just a little unprofessional and it had been a very very long day. Not cool.

My brother and I have been storing for a very long time. Jennifer has been very helpful and professional. She has made us feel very welcomed and is always there to help us when needed. Thank you for a great friendly service

Ive been renting from this location for a lot longer than first anticipated. The prices kept going higher and higher and the prior staff was not very helpful or friendly. Clean property and units. All first floor access so you can either pull directly up to your unit or it is just inside the door. Temperature controlled buildings. Each unit has light; first time Ive seen lights! Prices are correct for market or below when compared to units in Marina Del Rey. The staff are considerate and professional. I recommend this storage facility.
