Honestly, I love this place. It’s a hidden treasure. Way better selection than any natural food store, even the vegetables. They have organic fruits and vegetables from different small and local farms. You can notice the difference in quality — way more authentic and nice.I found so many products that I have never seen in other stores and the prices and on point. I really like that I could buy new things, unique stuff, trusted brands… so much cool stuff. They even sell my favorite sock brand — Maggies. Customer service is great. REAL genuine people..Great place to shop, loved the experience.
This place has reasonable prices even compared to online stores, unfortunately they didn’t have the capsule available but they had the powder form in stock, it worked out. Customer service was great too. I went after 5pm if that helps.
Coldest check-out ever. Treated like I was offending the cashier for making a purchase. The communication was in a gruff tone like this; $30.45. Credit or debit. Insert. Sign. He handed me the receipt and left my purchases lying on the counter. No offer of a bag or box. Unbelievable.
Great neighborhood health food store with good prices. I think they must have stepped up on their service as well.
I would really love to give this place more stars. The selection is good, prices are decent, and its two minutes from my house. But some of the employees there are so rude, I cant bring myself to shop there anymore. Some are nice enough, but the few that are mean and dismissive seem to always be there. I feel like Im bothering them by walking through the door, if I even get any eye contact at all.
The best little organic store, great prices, great variety.
Well.. I just found my new favorite vitamin store! The selection is pretty incredible. Was amazed to see products I usually have to special order.. and the pricing was ridiculously good on those products in particular!! Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. So refreshing to see a large health food store that isnt a chain. Took me back!
Vitamin City has quality products, a great selection, and very competitive pricing. The owners and staff have very advanced knowledge of the benefits of Natural foods and Vitamins, and I am absolutely satisfied with the products and service I’ve received over the past 20+ years!
Best place I ever shopped in. I received all the help I needed. I wish I lived nearby. To go there.
Poor customer service. When I went in there it felt like an unwelcoming entrance. The lady at the register seems so miserable like she hates her job and was no help.
The staff is not rude. They are just not phony. They probably do not have to sit in staff meetings with a manager telling them to greet the customer and smile or they will lose their job. They are authentic and that is priceless these days.
Every time Ive come here I found what I was looking for, I really like it.
Very clean, nice and well-informed staff. I am always greeted upon entry. Any questions are answered quickly and professionally. I just love wandering around the aisles learning about new food alternatives to the corporate factory food available in the larger grocery chains. Thats how I learned about the organic produce they sell. Usually it is a bit more expensive than what I am used to, but I know the quality is good. Oh yeah, one of the best food sources in my neighborhood.
I absolutely love this store....they have a lot of products to chose from. Generally I can find what I am looking for here. Improvement is needed with customer service though! I have been shopping here for years, but the customer service is a step above crash dummy. IF you can get any assistance, they are generally pretty knowlegeable....not very friendly though..
New staff...No customer service AT ALL. They were into their conversations and totally ignored us for the most part. What happened to the helpful diverse staff? Where are the knowledgeable employees at? What happened here? (I actually saw one of the old managers from Vitamin City working as a manager at Lazy Acres! He walked up to me and gave me a hug) I WILL NOT shop at this place ever again. Not that they care. Im sure their conversations about nothing relative to the store or customers are more important.
Great selection of vitamins and natural/organic skin products. Prices are also much better than anywhere else. I drive 20 minutes to go there to buy from them.
Prices may be ok but look at their site. Theyre crazy conspiracy theorists. Vote with your dollar and go elsewhere.
I love this store! I can always find exactly the vitamin I need as well as many other healthy option foods & health products
Top notch health foods.
I agree with the other reviews; the employees there are very VERY RUDE! I have lived in the area my entire life and was thrilled when Sprouts and Lazy Acres moved in. Now I dont have to shop there anymore, thank goodness!I use to DREAD going in there because of the employee attitudes; now I dont have to, yay!
Great staff answer all my questions found what i need and learn about great products good for my health.
Really like this place and they have great prices on the stuff I need to buy. The staff is friendly and helpful too.
Overpriced and unclean. Additionally, there were no products here that I could not find somewhere else.
Some of the seasoned staff (both management and people working there for as long as I have been going there) at Vit City can be downright rude, dont even bother to look you in the eye when you are speaking to them and, alas, in need of serious grooming. I find that the newer staff have a concept about customer service and are able to actually address me as if I am a real, live talking person (not to mention, a customer). If it werent for the fact that their organic produce is cheaper than whole foods and they have some items I cant get at Trader Joes, I would not bother with this store. As it is, I get a lot of my health staples online and only use this store as a testing ground for something I want to try before ordering online. Amazon has a lot of the vitamins and staples that they sell and since it quite a drive to Vit City, I figure the tradeoff betw shipping fees and gas are pretty much the same now days. I do wish the management made an effort to have better customer service...then I might find it enjoyable enough to take the drive over to that part of town and actually look forward to shopping at Vit City.
Great selection, good prices, super staff!
Great selection, knowledgeable staff.
I buy vitamins here at Vitamin City all the time because their prices are lower than Whole Foods.
