Love this place! You can literally get everything and anything here, from protein, energy drinks, water jugs, equipment, healthy snacks, etc. and the owner is so nice! Seriously, way better than going to other nutrition stores.

I’ve been to this guy shop since he was across the street by the Ross.. A few months back I even brought him a new customer to buy some stuff and I asked if he had anything to lose weight and he told me to stop eating,with a really bad attitude! Some I’m never going back to this guy’s store.. now I order from Amazon!!

All I gotta say is, Ki IS THE MANNHONEST advisor and understands the value of nutrition FIRST! He truly helps because he wants to.Hell tell you what supplements he likes and doesnt like.Thats why Ive been going there the past 4 years!

This isnt really a review because I still havent figured out exactly where it is. I am just wondering whether I can get bulk oat bran there. Whole Foods (barf, as we used to say decades ago) has gotten really mean and prints their codes very small. If you ask an employee that will not write it down for you--- unless their manager approves their doing so first. Will I have better luck at this place? Crazy Acres is a bit of a further bike ride for me, but thats another option for me. Oh, packaged oat bran like Bobs Red Mill is incredibly expensive. I need bulk. $2/lb at most (S&F used to carry it but no more. Trader Joes no more either).

My number one spot that keeps me on track . always feel welcomed an service is amazing. Location an store hours are perfect.
