Im in a wheelchair and they dont have baskets to give people who cant push a card they tell me its because people steal them and steal the electric wheelchairs they have for loaners this is sad it makes it hard for people like me who are full-time wheelchair users to shop there it would be nice if they created some way to provide people like myself with the baskets to shop and leave there and dont got to take him outside we can hook the bags on the back of our chair

Not much of a superior shopper. Their aisles are to close to each other. Meat selections are not of good quality. All their normal registers are expressed lanes except their self check out, which to me seemed backwards. Cashiers were complaining about their breaks. The only decent area was their produce.

If youre hours says close at ten then you close at ten not 9:50!!! Thats bad business and why I prefer Ralphs!!! They are one of the only stores in California that understand customer service. So many places say they close at certain times but are so selfish and unprofessional that they only care about getting outta there so choose to have security stop letting people in way before the closing time. IDC if its 9:58, if you close at ten I should be able to enter!

Lots of fresh produce and an abundant assortment of products at reasonable prices. Staff is courteous and professional; including the security officers. First time shopper but i shall return.

I just moved to the area but have gone to Superior on six different occasions and each time I felt like I was bothering the employees. I made the mistake of going in the store at 9:40 pm to grab a loaf of bread, milk and cold cuts. I thought the security guard was giving me the evil eye after he mumbled something about, if I knew what time it was.This store is quite a bit more expensive than what I am used to. With the exception of the security guard, havent had a bad experience, just not a good one either.

They made me leave the store because I didnt have a mask on the cashier said that I had to have one on or wait out side I asked here where does it say that the sign on the door didnt say it was required or mandatory to enter the store she said well u cant buy anything with out a mask I asked again where does it say that she said at the door I said it doesnt say that I cant be served with out a mask at the end we left everything there and walked out never going to that store again I would have gave them a zero!!!!

I go here for fried fish when I want it for lunch great tilapia and they actually keep this store very clean which I appreciate

Good market. Has my favorite drinks that I cant get elsewhere. Clean aisles. Easy to get around in a motorized chair.

They followed me around the store when I walked in with the black rolling baskets we can buy ourselves to transport laundry so I had detergent and bleach and a few miscellaneous things and the security guard seen me when I walked in. But they tried to accuse me of stealing and proceeded to question me about my previously purchased items that came from a different store. I just didnt like how 4 separate store associates asked me why my basket still had items in it. Crazy thing is the security guard was a black women just like me and the other associates were of latin origin and I felt attacked will never spend my money or time in another Superior Market ever again

Always pleasant to go within the last couple of hours as there are less people to deal with at the store. Plus everything is being restocked like produce so it is always fresh.

Anti-union store that charges pretty high prices for such poor quality food.if you order something from the deli they give you a receipt of your order for you to pay for at the front and then after you are done shopping you are expected to go with your receipt back down to the deli at the end of the store to pick up your food since it is paid for. Theres never enough cashiers and there are always long lines.

Is ok market. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they just Installed self paying machines and it is not good for the regular fellow because people needs jobs. Other than that they got fair prices and lots of groceries.

I appreciate the customer service.We bought the pallets of water on sale (5 for $10). We asked for help loading the water into the basket(and got immediate instore help)...and help (parking lot attendant) loading the water into the trunk. Ok!!! We Got This!This market was ready, willing and waiting to assist. We (My friend and I) can always ask staff for anything-and they care. Thank you SUPERIOR MRKT; LB blvd off Aneheim. One of our favorite places to shop.

Competitive pricing and clean store.

Superior has many of my favorite ghetto items that are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are good but - excepting the bakery - its basically a low budget store.

The stores is clean and has most of the daily grocery needs. Vegetables looked fresh and had varieties. Cashier had the dont care for customer attitude.

Very clean, well stocked but very few English speaking help. I was looking for Camilla Beans and had to ask 3 people before someone understood me enough to send me to where they were and not re-fried bean cans.🙄

The store is nicely stocked, clean, friendly workers.Only issue is management knows, during evening, weekends the crowds pick up. A customer should never have to wait in a line for more then 30 minutes to pay for groceries. Please fix this an schedule more night cashiers. Once the line was all around to cream cheese, unacceptable.

I usually walk to Superior because its the only store i know that gives you free uber ride home when you purchase $50.00 or more.Tim

Fast Efficient staff, One of my favorite Deli Cases. Now has self checkout for faster service.

Not to my taste of food. Carrier of mostly Spanish food.

Unfortunately this place was very dirty. Meat had a little bit of green in it. Went to restroom to wash my hands, uh the disgust. A man came out of the womens restroom, no toilet paper and no soap or towels to dry my hands off. And the smell was ghastly.

I stood in line 20 minutes and notice it was not moving so I looked at cashier leaning over talking with co worker with groceries sitting in place not being rung up I stated that is not right I was the next person and the other line had carts full I only had 1 item She began to ring her up and stopped again I was a call and realize that it has been a while. Of course I was not nice when I told them how wrong they were and I threw my item onto belt and left. They just kept their conversation going. I will NEVER shop there again. I FELT SO DISCRIMINATED LOOK TO BE A SUPERVISOR TRAINING AT 1ST YET WHEN SHE LAID AROUND THE COUNTER TO FINISH THEIR CONVERSATION I KNEW IT WAS NOT

A Door Attndt refuse to allow me come straight in, though, I showed her my Handi-Cap placard, she said, U have to come in the morning, be clear, we dont all jump up & get dressed at 5a.m., it takes that much time to prepare my day! The Law says, It is a privilege afforded my after (3) Back Surgeries, Procedures, etc...Ty, to observe!

I stop here to pick up supplies for my sister. Cashiers are always polite and friendly.My only complaint is that every time I go there, the announcements are only made in Spanish and not English. I have no objection to Spanish, but it would be nice if they used English too.
