Love this store. Always some good deal on every aisle. Produce is priced right too.

Customer service is really lacking here. I’ve shopped here before and had no complaints. Between 5-6pm they had only one cashier and the line was all the way to the back of the store. Cashier treated me like I was the worker pushing me to put my items in the cart faster. Why not help me? She was already checking the next person out and just about mixing our purchases. She made a sarcastic comment when I was leaving. I won’t come back here again. They are really understaffed.

I have been a patriant to the 99 cent store for 20 yrs. They always have great items within my budget. The food is fresh and Always friendly service

No bags still! I blv there just forcing us to buy the store printed bags. .99cents each. Hmm. So you shop alot you gotta spend 4-5 extra dollars for baggage. Not good

It was fine, until I slipped on something that was spilled and left on the floor, the manager never came over, only some employees. I had to crawl on the floor to get out of the liquid and then get my feet, No apology or nothing, now Im aching all over, My arm, fingers and legs hurt and swollen

Crowded prices all over the store where wrong and no cashiers when they have 10 check outs. Ridiculous. They only got 2 stars because the cashier was super nice. Not impressed.

If you are creative you can take a 99cent premade micro wave frozen dinner by chopping up some carrots and potatoes or zucchini cook a little and add the two together to make a satisfying and healthy dish

They almost always have what Im looking for and they surprised me sometimes with some things I didnt know they have and thats always great!

Just came from this store, the cashier was NOT very friendly, dont know if its because I had my dog, but FERNANDO has a lot to learn about customer service, if you dont like interacting with the public then.. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN.... YOU need more training, or this is not THE JOB FOR YOU....think Ill write the Mgr.

Large facility with lots of item well displayed and stocked. Well lit and clean. Always good prices Anda variety of products offered.Only draw back is small lot shared with 3 other businesses so parking is tight

Store is always neat and in good appearance. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I have a weight lifting situation and the cashiers are very helpful in putting my bags into the cart for me. Shop here often for variety of items.

Its always packed n they only hv 2 cashiers .. Its takes u an hour to get one thing

This place has all your quick stop needs. Nicely stocked aisles and good spacing. Has produce and dairy. Seasonal products. Most products are priced 99 cents but they also have other products that are priced a little higher but still cheaper than getting it at other grocery stores.Free parking, wheelchair accessible and open 7 days a week.Friendly staff are present here too.I recommend this place if you want to save money.

Love, love, love this store. Price and products are great. Staff is usually friendly although the people asking for money outside the door are not. Not everyone has extra money to donate and the attitudes when you cant are nasty.

I love this store & especially the Mason jars they sell. Unfortunately you havent had the mason jars with the pump dispenser restocked & its been over 3 weeks. Ive asked numerous of employees there & they all fail to know any knowledge of when anything comes in.

Horrible lines

I live a block away I started going to this store about a year ago when I met the manager shes the sweetest woman you would ever meet and one of the hardest-working most of the staff for polite although they do have a large turnover.The downside is its a very busy location and some of the clientele can be rude to say the least the last year they had at least five security guards you couldnt pay me enough to put up what some of the things Ive seen but dont let that stop you tell the manager Jay-Z sent you.

Parking is a little rough but usually worth it.

Staff were nice but it was PACKED with only two checkout aisles open and they didnt open more. A ridiculous amount of time to wait.Store seemed neat and organized. Solicitors out front.

This 99 has really stepped up their game. Taking all necessary precautions to keep customers safe. Good job!

I think its just these youngsters thats working in these places that did not take a class on how to deal with the public show how much people in the workplace is not people friendly

Good store. Most things anyway. But their fruit and vegetables are not usually good. They leave them too long and they go bad are moldy so not even worth 99 cents.

The better looking 99 cent only store in the Long Beach area. I actually drive out of my way past another one of these stores to shop at this one because its much cleaner and organized.

This is a decent store, not the best but far better than most. My only complaint is they will let lines for check out get way too long before adding a new checker. They need to get a handle on that.

This is a good location with a friendly staff

They need to take better care of their frozen products. Many things are defrosted and refrozen. They tend to have food products in the sun on crates in the parking lot for hours. I am shocked they do not throw out the products that could get someone sick.

There are some really good products available in the beauty and hair care sections. The grocery selection is also reliable.

I LOVE IT I DRIVE AND PASS AT LEAST 5 TO 6 OF THESE 99ct STORES JUST TO GET TO THIS ONE FOR ABOUT 20 yrs NOW .

Excellent place to view the World Series on their very large flat-screen TVs while enjoying a very nice garden salad and garlic bread.

If I could give this place less than one star I would I picked up a bag of avocados and a cockroach fell off of it an employee was walking by when I was alarmed because I saw the Cockroach and I told her there was a cockroach in the bag of acocados, she saw the cockroach run off and she simply kept walking and said nothing to me at all at that moment I left thats disgusting place! Its terrible I wonder what else would an inspector find if they were to inspec... Dont go to this store

Lots of time I can run in and get the necessary things I need at a reasonable price. Dont have to spend a lot of money for what you need. I go for quality not quantity.
