Store has a plethora of items 2 choose from . & no 1 acknowledged I was in the store I mean no 1 until I was walking out 🤪🧐

I can always find something unusual and interesting here. The shop offers an eclectic mix of merchandise that make great gift and provide kicky accents when decorating. I love browsing the shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful offering suggestions to find exactly the right thing

I ordered two Chenille clay pillows on line; store pick up was available only. Before ordering I spoke with the store and the phone recipient confirmed that the store has 4 of those pillows available. I then placed my order and received confirmation email that my package was ready for pick up. So yesterday, Saturday 5/19/2019 I drove 20 miles from my neighborhood to Long Beach for picking up the pillows. After 40 minutes of wait in the store, finally, I came to know that they couldn’t find out my package. I drove back and forth 40 miles only to pick up two $19.73 pillows since I already have few more products from that line. I needed two more to go with them. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t call me ahead of time to let me know that my package is/was missing. I then wanted two different rust orange pillows but the girl who handled the matter wanted $25 more for those pillows. So I didn’t buy them. It was such a waste of my gas and mileage, and also 3 hours of time from my busy weekend. The girl who handled the matter seemed she didn’t even care about the situation. Anyway, I will never visit that store again.

Best mattress buying experience I have ever had. John was extremely informative and easy going. I am so excited about my purchase and not even set back that much, cash wise. Highly, highly recommend.

Disappointing. Ill miss Pier 1. Given that the store is on clearance, the items except perhaps pillows, are a little bit of this and that and most is only 20% off full price which seems very high since most is odds and ends
