Had a chance to work with one of their sales reps regarding my companys new project. Unlike other reviews I personally had a wonderful experience with them purchasing some displays for my companys meeting rooms.They gave a nice product demo at our site and even offered us good time frame to try out the demo unit.Overall their service was great and the product warranty they offered is top of notch.Our team is so happy with our new displays and looking forward to use them everyday.

Beware of this company, had bought 120 each of microwave and 3cu auto defrost refrigerator in December 2017, they told that they comes with 1 year full replacement warranty. Absolutely liers, I had 6 refrigerator & 2 microwave stopped working with in the 1st year warranty period and still as of today have not resolved the replacement. Been throwing back and forth between sales lady Widea & repair guy chev, asking us to self diagnose and they will send replacement parts instead of replacing entire unit. I would not recommend to any one in the hospitality or other industry to buy from this company.

No employee appreciation, HR is full of liars who manipulate your words, Terrible pay & working conditions happy I wasnt there long term, probably the worst job I personally ever encountered. No teamwork, no communication every man for himself attitude. Dirtiest company I ever worked for I felt like I was in a third world country, safety is not a priority. For this to be a corporate office I was embarrassed. Everyone I encountered spoke negative of the company, morale is low. I made more from unemployment than my salary

One of the worst customer service experiences i have ever encountered. employees were rude, communication was extremely difficult, the product itself wasnt great. i tried to explain my issues but i found it hard to find a listening ear. services were promised that were never produced, again awful customer service. i would never buy product from this company again nor will i ever recommend anything they sell.

Really bad place to work yearly raises of less than 20 cents and very difficult managers,some with a very heavy Asian accent that makes communication almost impossible.
