I live this place. I usually get I get the Belgium Chocolate shake with brownies but this new girl Gina got me even a better more chocolatey brownie shake. OMG yes. Super sweet and welcoming-thank you. Its great to have such welcoming and talkative staff that make customers feel.welcome. Oh and the shake also super chocolatey with almond milk and more brownies.-quality 10/10-taste 10/10-staff friendliness 10/10

This place is a pretty cool. The staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for toppings and mixing of ice cream. They have a Happy hour from 3p-7p, %50 for BYO BUILD YOUR OWN SHAKE. Worth it! I have driven by here a few times and have been curious to try. Parking is free in the structure for the first 2 hours, that is a plus.

Great place for delicious shakes and slushies. Weve had a coffee/chocolate shake, the tropical refresher, cookies and cream and the chocolate/peanut butter shake. Dont miss out on coming at least once if youre in the area.

Who knew they made Reeses peanut butter cup ice cream. That added a banana shake it up chatted with the shake Tinder love the extra chocolate and nuts on top great place fun for a stop

The ice cream was really great. The employees are fantastic. The shop is perfectly situated and well designed. I love everything about this place...except the prices. And the fact that they dont stock Heath bar toppings. Grrrrr. But other than that, I like it a lot!!

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I got the triple choco shake and it was out of this world. They were also nice enough to split it into two cups for us. I will definitely be returning.

Pretty expensive for the product received. The shakes were really sugary even for the fruit ones such as strawberry kiwi, and some red guava one. Even if you do pay 6 bucks for the tall one it is still pretty small. Overall, wouldnt come back. Only upside is that the staff was useful and nice.

The ThickShake Factory! Such a cute name! I like their package designs. It seems like they put a lot of thoughts in it. The concept is great. Bora = color purple in Korean. However, their portion is so small. You cant really enjoy for a long time.

We feel its a great place to have a perfect thickshakes and they are making delicious ones.I tried in many places, but found a great place finally to have a delicious thick shakes at long beach.My Friends and I were enjoying having different kinds of thickshakes.The ambiance and service was good. I go more than once a week. I get a different flavor every time. Never disappointed. Always something for whatever you’re craving. 😋so glad they opened so close to my house.

This place is so gross everytime i come in its always dirty, dirty counters, dirty glass, wasted napkins...i know for a fact that all the toppings are expired bcus i asked an employee once the menu is way too long and way too confusing all the shakes have weird non descriptive names and are completely over priced the service is slow and the decor is ugly this is one of the most ghetto ice cream places i have ever been you’re better of going to baskin robbins or mcdonalds lol i would 10/10 not recommend this place to a friendf thickshake factory !!

They have good shakes, but as the name suggests the shakes are very thick!!

I got a hazelnut chocolate shake. It felt too sweet and the whip cream has a greasy mouth feel.You might have better luck with something else on the menu.

When in the LBC stop. I can say the cinnamon toast crunch shake is omg spook good. The nutella/brownie crumble is like drinking a brownie yummy! Last but not least caramel carnival omg talk about explosion of yummy creamy caramel. I will be going back that is for sure.

Waited a long time for this place to open. Well worth the wait. They offer an awesome selection of shakes. Everything is customizable. The owner and his family and the staff are really nice and the customer service is great!Im sure this will be a go to place for DTLB sooner than they think!

Waited about 10-15 mins before we were even talked too. Not even a smile from the guy Brian M working and no welcome to anyone. Kinda slow service. Subpar shakes. Overall would not be making an extra stop here.

The shake here are good but not $8 worthy. I would come here again if it wasnt so expensive. The staff here have a bit of attitude as well.

This place is a great place to get shakes. The gentleman behind the counter was explaining that the icecreams they use for the shakes are made specifically for that location and that the only.other locations are currently in India. They had about 8 flavors to choose from, but they all had a unique twist to them. They did have Ube, which I was told by my friends that it was a really good flavor. The servie was real good and the prices are fair and I had to tell my friend that lives in Long beach that for the last 4 years she was missing out. You definitely want to try it at least once and see what its like for yourself.

I went to this place in the weekend, the location is very good and these guys make the best milk shakes, I tried choco brownie crumble and red velvet shake, lychee and mango shakes from fruit delights menu, I love those shakes. It is really a best place to get the milk shakes .

Awful. The wait time was ridiculous and there was only about 4 people there including myself. I waited forever before walking out. Very dissatisfied amd disappointed. Not to mention it was dirty in the prep area.
