Amazon always been 5 stars for me. I have always gotten my packages on time and not damaged. Sometimes better then buying at a store. Returns is only a scan code from your phone and your done. Thats customer service!

Amazon 4-star stores are a 5-star experience! From the moment you enter the store, someone cheerfully approaches you to help you with your needs -- I had stopped by to return an item and they took care of me within moments! Amazon 4-star marries our favorite past time of trolling for random items with the convenience and tactile nostalgia of walking through aisles and having someone to talk to about each product. Theres a bit of a feel of wonder stuffing an entire internet worth of items into one box store, but the concept works. Basically amounts to a super condensed department store with Amazon branding. The variety of items is pretty fair and they do a good job of curating products that you really might want to impulse buy. Only downside, there was a snafu when trying to use my Amazon store card at the store, but your mileage may vary!

It was actually very cool to see everything you buy online all in one place! Plus if you are a prime member you get discounts!

Very interesting store. It has a variety of products from candles to electronics to gifts to books, I could go on & on. Fun to walk through. Im looking to taking my granddaughters there.

Interesting concept, everything you could possibly get on amazon that is four plus stars but you can actually see in person before you buy. Some items seem useful, perhaps a good place for gifts.

Ok - I hope this review helps. The store was amazing, filled with interesting, educational and technological items. Unfortunately for me it was pricey! The staff were friendly and moved through the store offering their assistance. Being a person on a Pension and Social Security I could not afford anything they offered.

Loved it! Walking into a store knowing that every item in the store is top rated is very dangerous. The store is very clean and curated nicely. Would go there again!

This store is just fun. Lots of fun products you could easily order from Amazon, but since you are already there, grab some.My favorite thing is that you can return products here and it is sooooo easy compared to driving to ups or so and mailing, waiting for them to get it and wait longer for then to return your money etc. Here you can do it quick and get your money back a lot sooner.

Do NOT return Amazon items here. I returned two pairs of shoes from Amazon Prime wardrobe to this store. The clerk scanned one pair, my return code and assured me when I asked about the second pair that they captured both pairs of shoes. However, today I received an email from Amazon stating that they never received the second pair of shoes and intend to charge me for them. I would have thought that returning an Amazon product to an Amazon store would be more reliable than returning it to Kohls or the UPS store, but apparently not.

Customer service bad. Main door greater was a pretty big @hole. Did not understand mask mandate implied things were law that were not and did not care about vaccine status. Do not reccomend. This business is nor safe nor friendly or good for the public. Save your money.

Just learned of this location! Needed to ret a pkg....SOOOOO much closer for me than any Kohls!!! Great atmosphere! It is super close to Wholefoods Market in the new 2nd and PCH shopping ctr. Parking is free and very close from pkging to shop! Great service, pleasant staff and EASY!

If you miss Brookstone or Sharper Image just come here. A little quirky but nice way to take their top products and feature them. Now you can actually see some of the products you been shopping for!

My first visit to to an Amazon 4 star store to process a return. Lovely store. Easy return. Cordial helpful staff. Lots of items to look at if youre a shopper.

Great customer service. I go really only to make returns and it literally takes me about a minute or two to make the return. The longest part is parking and walking to the store.

I LOVE Amazon so being able to go inside and see stuff in person was really cool. Also, some stuff is discounted if you have Prime.

Snootty cashier saying “Oh, you’re not Prime!” I reply, “Do I need to be Prime to shop here?” Apparently not, but that snoottiness pervades the store.
