The pharmacists are very professional and courteous.If there is a mistake or a problem with your prescription or refill they are very willing to assist their customers. The whole place is well-stocked, clean and well lit. It is also next to Gelsons and Whole Foods!

Always friendly and greeting is pleasant every time you enter!! Shelves pretty well stocked!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a CVS. This is my first time in Long Beach and I’m disgusted at the level of customer service. I just got here from DC. I hope this isn’t a forecast of what to expect during my stay in this area. There were pharmacists available to chat with, one of whom I asked if she was an employee because she was walking around with the store colors. She stated that she was a pharmacist but she was too preoccupied taking tags off shelves. Upon going to the consultation area to see another pharmacist, I waited forever with no one else in line but me and I was completely ignored. Again, this has been a terrible first impression.

The pharmacy is slow and horrible. More than an hour to tell me the meds were going to be 3x what they would cost online. No coupon since the prescription was for a dog!

CVS is usually not a fun experience but this one is nicer than most. Never crowded since Gelsons is next door so getting staple groceries and a six pack here is effortless.

No problems when the store itself but the register lady Marion must dilapidatedin the head cause she is 100 percent fried

We just had the best CVS experience ever. We went to get passport photos and the person helping us was great with all the requirements for the photos but also told us about the $2 coupon online that we could look up and use. The person at the checkout was equally helpful and lovely and got us another $4 off coupon. Everyone was nice and super helpful.

Pharmacy crew leaves a bit to be desired. Had over 6 hours to fill an order, even claimed that the order was ready over the phone prior to arrival today.Showed up 30 minutes after the order was confirmed ready only to be informed that the order wasn’t started upon arrival. We were told it would be expedited, taking over 30 minutes after arrival. Other CVS locations are able to fill orders in under 15 minutes from personal experience especially when no one is waiting.Recommend using their other pharmacy locations in the area that don’t misinform and meander instead of fulfilling orders.

All of the staff is phenomenal! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And the people in the pharmacy are excellent as well. This CVS feels like how I would imagine the neighborhood drug stores used to be. The employees know the names of a good amount of the customers. The experience here is very personal, every time.

This CVS has THE friendliest, most customer focused staff of any CVS I have ever visited.This CVS has more gift and season items than the others I visit in Long Beach. As of this writing in Feb 2015 the store is less than a year old so the store is new and clean.If you are a high melanin woman shopping for facial cosmetics, this is not the CVS for you. The shades for your skin tone are limited.

My fiancee has stage 4 cancer and was told by the head pharmacist that she didnt know if she was going to fill the prescriptions or not and IF she decided to fill them she then said that she had to order them and didnt know when shed have them or not and please let me reiterate that my fiancee has stage 4 colon cancer.

Unlike other chain pharmacies I have dealt with, this and other CVS treat me with respect and courtesy. I think CVS is a better choice than the other chain pharmacies.

The pharmacist just didn’t get when you asked for something over the counter you don’t need a prescription. But was arrogant (stupid) enough to tell me how you get a prescription “you need to go to a doctor”.

The pharmacy team really went the extra mile. Im sure its just a typical CVS but I was treated well.

Quiet store, friendly staff.

Staff here is a little lacking. Photos orders Ive placed here were either wrong or incomplete.

Prices like CVS. Bathrooms like Rite Aid.
