This is hands down my favorite sneaker store in my area, they are completely fair with their sneaker distribution and raffles. No backdooring happening at all here at this shop, they are strictly for the people and its loyal customers. The have IG raffles and also raffles with their merchandise for loyal customers who purchase various merchandise they release for sneaker releases. They post all of their winners day of release on IG and they even ship to people out of state who win a reservation for a sneaker. I couldnt be anymore thankful for what I have been able to win thru raffles here and I will be a lifelong customer ! They even have FCFS on shoes that havent been picked up they will post in on their IG stories. You dont have no greedy employees working here which is refreshing to the sneaker community to me. The staff is great and friendly and always makes you feel super welcomed. Great store come check it out!

I would give this place a 5 star Review but this one time I finally decide to come in after a whileThe girl that worked behind the register Jun 6 around 5pm definitely looked like she wasnt in the mood to workThe tone of voice said all that she didnt want us inside the store. I was deciding to purchase a pair but after her tone of voice, it made me decide to go to another Private location.It also seemed like her co-worker didnt even want to be next to herNot only did I find her disrespectful, her coworker looked uncomfortable working with her.DEFINITELY different working atmosphere at the other Private location than the one here. The manager at the other location, was definitely friendly and asked if we were looking for a specific product.I recommend to the other Private location rather than this one.I never had a weird experience like this before.

Well found shoes I were looking for and found a few other pairs I always waited at decent prices.

So forget about what I said on my last Review . I got a call from the owner and they really cared to fix the situation, he was able to give me an unclaimed pair and that’s more than enough .. the fact that he cared Enough to call and want to fix issue says it all about this store. They go above and beyond for there community and there customers, been spending cash here for 6+ yrs will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Private is a great place that I go with my friends whenever I need any clothing, or the hyped new shoe. The people there are super friendly and are like a family. They are supper helpful and I will go here for all my ouitfit needs.

I have been a consistent customer until now. I wouldnt trust these people with my money again. Totally fake return policy. I bought a shirt that I was told by an employee that it would be for a raffle and the next day they said it was a different shirt. I went back to return it brand new and they wouldnt give me my money back. What type of business lies to customers and doesnt do returns? Private is so suss. What a waste of time. Not coming back.

HelloI came to your Long Beach location tonight with my boyfriend. We called prior to leaving our Newport Beach home to make sure that we would make it on time before you guys closed. We made it here at 8:20 due to traffic and that is why we called in the first place. The doors were locked upon our arrival and the store manager claims that its policy to lock the doors early bc they need to be out of the store by 8:30. To me that is complete and total bs. why would the hours state that you are OPEN UNTIL 8:30 when that is not the case. This is..well, now was my boyfriends favorite store to buy his shoes at and now he (as well as myself) feel completely disrespected and pissed off. The store manager also refused to give us the owners contact info to voice our complaint and disappointment. Please get back to me asap. At first, I thought this was just a clothes store. But hidden in there is a small skate shop with friendly staff. My first visit there was to buy a cruiser skateboard for transportation. DeMarcus (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) answered all my questions and outfitted me with a board that suits my purposes.The other guy (I should have asked his name) deserves credit as well with my transaction.Ill definitely come back when I need to tune my board!
