Nice store that had a great selection. Very well organized. Only qualm, and this probably is true for many stores in the vicinity, the public restrooms are a hike to get to. Outside the stores, around the corner, blah.. Plan ahead.

We did a hiking trip up in Canada last summer and came here for some gear. The girl who helped us out really knew what she was talking about and was very nice. As far as pricing goes, for quality stuff it is a bargain, but of course you can find cheaper gear elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

Workers were friendly and very helpful! Walked in and told them I was looking for a light weight waterproof jacket. I was immediately shown where to find them and pointed out the best one that would four my needs.

Wide selections of well priced clothing

Very limited stock...had to call many time to check for jacket i wanted. other stores like the one in citadel outlets is way better than this one. even staff is not friendly. i called to check if they have jacket in stock or not and the associate told me i am very busy so i can not answer any other question.

Very good collection available. I visited in mid February during sale. Little bit crowded but good customer support, you can shop for whole family here. Other shopping malls, showrooms are on walking distance.

Not overly impressed with Columbia Sportswear. I called them first looking for something, they told me that they had it. When I went there, they did not have it, therefore wasting my time.

You need some good clothes and you dont want to spend crazy amounts, colombia is the best. Dont forget to show your army member card for your extra discounts. Quality and price balance is awesome.

Columbia products have become poorly sewn with falling apart seams and broken zippers and their customer service doesnt stand behind their products. They demand you pay repair costs for something that is only a month and a half old. I have argued with their warranty department and dealt with their customer service and its all a dead end. The best resolution I could get was document the feedback after hours on the phone. Columbia also owns Mountain Hardwear, Sorel, and prAna. I would assume corporate policy is the same for all of these companies and that is to not care about the customer. Please avoid supporting this company whos billionaire owners cant warranty their products with their half a billion dollars a year in profit.

Lots of good jackets! Fairly clean and organized.

I would give it a negative star if I could.Many of their winter-jackets were out of stuck for adult sizes while we are in the early January.Staff were so rude and disrespectful! The guy, named Christian was so nosy and talkative while he was trying to pretend to be servicie! Keep asking irrelevant questions!!! The worst thing, he, Christian, offered a hand-shake while he was sick and wearing a ski-jacket, fully zipped-up to his chin, in the store temperature and made me sick too!! Damned!!! Horrible staff!The other staff employee, the short guy with the black hair, possibly with an Arab background, was super arrogant and impatient, so does the girl with the blonde hair. I do not know who runs this place, but what is evident is that, it is a Broken business with those crazy, weird people working there! Try other branches like the one in San Clemente or other brands!
