Dont know where other reviewers get the impression that the boss and staff are rude. Just the opposite. Steve has maintained our Honda outboards for 5 years, 1,000+ hours. He knows his stuff, does an excellent, efficient job and has never let us down. The proof is in our boat. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the experience that was had with both the staff and the management of this business was disappointing to say the least. The management does not respond to a complaint in a professional manner and doesnt seem to want to deal with the complaint in a friendly manner either. One of the representatives of the business was not cautious on the road and ended up driving hectically on the road, endangering both his and the lives of anyone who was near him at that time. Hopefully the issues will be reviewed and fixed, when the issues have been resolved I will gladly change the rating.

Unprofessional and the drivers are horrible! I saw them almost run a motorcycle off the road! I will never use their services.
