He came to my boat on Friday night after 4:30pm - when I had plans for a trip to Catalina on Saturday morning.That is CUSTOMER SERVICE.My boat gets fixed - EVERYTIME - and Everytime the works is done the right way. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Mark Wyneken came over and diagnosed my boat, after the compression test he said I might need a new engine. Austin Doeller the mechanic Mark sent over to do the test told me Mark is not really a mechanic and not to listen to him, Austin then informed me that he could fix the boat for a 10 th of what it cost. I decided to go with Austin and informed Mark that he could refund the rest of the deposit because I was not going to use him. Mark said that the deposit was used up putting back the engine, Austin Doeller reported to me that Mark never put the engine back he just did not want to refund the money. Austin then removed several items from the boat that he was not authorized to take, Long Beach Police were notified. I would not let Mark or Austin Doeller near your boat.
