Had an amazing experience for my birthday. From the beautifully prepared apps to the wine and friendly and attentive service I will be making District Wine a regular visit and so should you!

On October 30th I dined here in the early afternoon and had the charcuterie and chees and a glass of wine. Per my receipt, after leaving a generous 15% tip given the mediocre service, the total was $45.69. However, on my bank statement they charged me $99.69. Dont trust this restaurant as they are committing credit card fraud.

Get a seat on the couches, its very comfy and gives off a European vibe. Small plates only so make sure you eat before or after.

Angela ( The Owner) and her staff gave excellent service and was so friendly and accommodating, and the food and wine were so good. I will be going there again.

Great spot for indoor and outdoor hanging out. Great atmosphere and delicious wine selection. Happy hour wine is so good. This place puts on different special event nights from local artisans like offering a raclette cheese dish occasionally.

Friendly service and great options, this place is a good wine and dine place. I will say however that I think the prices are a little TOO high. For example, they have a few wines (bottles) that are about $50 but if you buy these wines at any other store, they are about $15 or less. Some wines though are great, so not all their wines are bad. Also I got their cheese board and flat bread (artichoke) and they were good but smaller than I thought. I recommend the artichoke flat bread! All in all, this is a solid choice for a good time.

This is in a pleasant area of Long Beach, as a business traveler finding relaxing places that are a safe walking distance is important. We enjoyed the area, the wine and the flat breads. The servers were attentive yet not bothersome. The atmosphere fostered conversation. One huge plus - no televisions!!!

They have good wine but the tapas are extremely limited in variety and quality. Also, never get tricked into ordering a cocktail there... They are wine based and awful. go only for wine before dinner as its not worth even happy hour snacks.

District Wine has become a must go to location for Long Beach. Its classy atmosphere yet distinctive allure in wine, appetizers and local art. Always a great experience at District Wine. The food and wine is consistent and the service is welcoming. The Wendys Blue salad is perfect as a side dish or main salad with crispy pancetta on top. The flatbreads are perfect. Love the HH menu. 🍕🍷

Pleasant visit; first time there. Seemed a little pricy, but its Long Beach. The food was tasty and we found some good wines. Service very good. Nice relaxing experience.

Fantastic atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Incredible menu of small plates to snack on. Always will recommend. Jalapeño jam & goat cheese crostini (pictured) is amazing. So is the Gorgonzola/pineapple flatbread.

Good wine spot, easy like Sunday morning sidewalk seating. I have only had a couple of food items, so I cant rate it...but wasnt a highlight. Solid wine offerings and patio make it a must!

Staff is very kind and the food is delicious. Im not a big wine drinker and I was worried this place would be a little stuffy and/or snobby. It is the total opposite.

Been going here for two years now. The staff makes excellent recommendations each time, especially for people new to wine. Its a relaxed atmosphere, but still beautiful and sophisticated. A little expensive, but they always have a happy hour special of some kind thats usually worth it.

Enjoyable place with good service. Nice selection of wines. Easy street parking on busy evenings. I would definitely go back. Live music makes it difficult to talk at times.

They feature wine flights 3 of them. Servings are frugal. Good variety of local California and foreign wines. You can order by the glass or bottle. J loved the Petite Syrah from Lake County. Food is small plates of appetizers consisting of cheese meats nuts etc. Ends up being a bit pricey

Not the best wine selection, given the name.Their flat bread is really good.So was the coffee.We sat outside, which was a joy, because the architecture is beautiful on this street.Happy hour is very small and most items are only a dollar, to maybe two, off.

Had the champagne and it was lovely. Shared a white and red bottle with the table that everyone enjoyed. The food was delicious. We ordered prosciutto wrapped dates and a mushroom flat bread. Its a cozy place with nice lighting, good walking distance from other shops, and plenty of parking. Its great for a get together with friends.

Great music, nice wine list, wonderful tapas. And they have gluten free crackers. Wish the kitchen could fit accommodate celiac needs. Ill still be back!

Such a cool spot to lounge outside. I’ve only had their drinks and the Sonoma mule is one of the best ones I’ve had. It’s like nothing I’ve tasted before. Quite pricey but made so well, I can’t complain.

We shared a bunch of plates and did the paint and sip night. The food and beer was very good. Loved the decor. Service was excellent. Painting was lots of fun!

Really nice place to visit and enjoy a glass of wine (or beer) in the evening. It was a really nice atmosphere/ambiance with the dim lights and wooden furniture. They have painting classes too, so something worth looking into if you want to explore your artsy side.

I have been a loyal District Wine customer since they opened. I recently had my birthday celebration there where District Wine delivered and then some. I am a member of the wine club and just love the place. The service is out of this world. The owners Mark and Angela really care about making the place special every time I visit. Go there. Go again. And go some more. What a cool place!

Oh gosh where do I begin? This has been my go too place on Friday evening for several years. I can honestly say the atmosphere has always been warm and inviting. Best hospitality ever! Chef Hos treated us like queens! Great place to enjoy wine. They have an indoor and outdoor setting. Wines are reasonable prices. I reccomend the Malbec.

I spent three days in Long Beach on business, I came back here every night. Amazing food, amazing wine, amazing service. Even the cocktails are good. My favorite place in Long Beach.

Absolutely loved the pizza and the charcuterie board! I had a wine flight and my friends ordered glasses of wine. Our server was amazing. We closed this place on a Tuesday night! We will definitely be back!

This is a very charming wine bar. Warning, like a lot of other places in Long Beach you may need to bring quarters for the parking meters. The ambiance is warm and Chic. This is perfect place for a date night or just a spot to relax and brush off the weeks worries.

Come for brunch! We went on super bowl Sunday so no one was there, but it was delicious with good service!

Visiting Long Beach the District Wine was just across tbe street from our Air BnB, what a score! The host chatted with us and gave us suggestions on the best beaches and coffee spots. Their wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the large wine selection. Be sure to try the roasted nuts with rosemary and chocolate! Delicious. Well be back when we visit Long Beach again, hopefully soon!

Mark and Angela have made this place a very warm and relaxing.. Outstanding service staff, knowledge about wine, willing to try different beer selections. The meatball sandwiches and pork belly are must haves. We have had several client cocktail receptions here, without fail, rave reviews by my Customers.

Great atmosphere and a nice selection of small plates, makes this a wonderful intimate location for a small party or date that would be fun and allow for close conversations. Their wine list was OK however I don;t remember it being extensive however their happy hour is quite nice and good choices.

Long Beach as a whole Long Beach in part. Its a five star city to see.

Great spot with yummy small plates. I had the prosciutto bon bons. Dates wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with goat cheese. So good! Also, they offered half glass pours on their wine by the glass which is great for lightweights like me ;)
