SMALLER THAN OTHER LOCATIONS BUT HAS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE VERY HELPFUL

Its always so clean and neat and the sales people are very helpful but the stock was so much smaller than before. Covid again? No shipments? Not the usual plethora online either though.

This one is located at the LB Town Center. Its never crowded like the malls which I like. Download the app to get rewards points. That helps! Always fun smelling all the new scents and of course always leaving with a full bag of 4 for $20 or buy 3 get 2 free!

They got in some new mens lotions and colognes. Why shop anyplace else. Best deals are here.

I love shopping here! The people that work here are very helpful, friendly and knowlegable. They have a great system during this pandemic. They get you in and out quickly and all with a smile!

Usually has everything in stock. Only a 4 star because they sometimes do lack items that are found at other stores. Always clean, the employees are always awesome, and they arw doing a great job on the sanitation and social distancing! Much better than the malls. For the most part this is my go-to store!

Even though it was raining, the representatives were standing there providing umbrellas. After each use, i observed then sanitizing each umbrella. Great job!!

The line was about 25 minutes to get in the store and the staff, though friendly, wasnt what they normally are. Then again, nothing is as it normally is right now. Overall, a good experience and got to take advantage if their semi-annual sale so Im happy.

Like this store. Be prepared to wait in line for a while due to COVID restrictions. best to order online and do a store pickup if u dont have time to wait

Obsessed with their stress relief line ( candles, wall scents, spray, lotions etc) . I appreciate the deals for us broke folks lol . Sad I missed the candle sale. There is a small wait outside before entering, but the line moves fast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.**quick tip**When you leave bath and body, stop by TOTAL WINE, its nearby. Grab a bottle of wine and light that candle you got from B&BW lol . Take a bath . Relax ! Youre welcome ♡

The Store clerks were very friendly...every thing ..was in order.. Very easy too find..

Customer service was excellent..Although there was a line it moved pretty fast...we were social distancing...someone cleaned windows and counters after each transaction...plus they had a nice sale..

This place is great. Even tho its small its pretty well stocked, even found items I wasnt able to find in big stores at the mall. Everyone here is always friendly and ready to help if need be.

Love the store hate the wait especially in the sun. I ended up not going in. Not their fault but when I saw a couple not be able to go in because only one person could go in that delayed everyone else in line. So it was going to be too long a wait. I came home and ordered online.

The website is the problem there’s every advert for curbside pickup yet you can’t shop any store online. Only the website and the only option is shipping !Nobody wants to waits 30 minutes in line to hope the item you can’t pickup ( as advertised) is still available when it’s your turn to enter the store

Really nice bath & body works.... I was greeted right as I walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful... the cashier was very helpful with getting me to use my reward points. Love this place!

Staff is rude, we went last Saturday at 7pm because the website said open until 8pm and they were locking up. As i walked away i saw 4 other people walking to store and walking away! They need to FIX THEIR TIMES IN THE SITE. Its not the first issue i have with this location in Lb center.
