Recently had a starter motor replaced in my wifes car. Since we no longer trust our former garage, whose owner sold and retired, I asked a friend who he recommended. He said, Santa Fe Garage. I called and spoke with Ricardo. The vibes were good from the start. We had my wifes car towed to the shop by AAA and they replaced the starter with no problems and ahead of schedule. I wont quote pricing due to many variables of vehicles but I will tell you, it was a Ford, and the Dealer wanted substantially more for the repair. Thank You, Santa Fe Garage. You have just earned my business. We will be bringing all our vehicles to you! / Jim Rose

Ive used these guys twice for servicing my small passenger Ford E350 bus. They have me an extremely reasonable quote for fixing some engine problems that was causing the bus to fail the smog test. They were able to do the smog repairs an smog it St the same time. They have some of the best rates in town for engine work and are very friendly. I asked them to take a look around to see if they can fix anything else while they were in there, and they didnt screw me. Very honest guys. Hard workers. Great prices. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else if I have problems.

Dont know what this guys deal is, but we took our car in for two different services:1: engine cylinder misfire. He diagnosed it correctly, and said that with parts and labor to replace four (4) ignition coils and four (4) spark plugs it would be $450. We sand no and replaced the ignition coils ourselves for $70, purchased online and completed the labor in UNDER 30 minutes. Car runs perfectly.2. Same car, a month later. Radiator fans not coming on, car overheating. We took it to this man again, and his diagnostic was: BOTH fans are dead, and we need a new thermostat. Parts and labor: $700. We said no again, and took it to another shop. Other shop diagnosed the fans as a loose wire, no charge. They said the themostat seemed fine for now.DO NOT TRUST SANTA FE AUTOSHOP. He either deliberately lied to us or just does not care enough to do an accurate assessment of a very common problem.

I drive a big diesel RV schoolbus...which is weird, what is weirder is that im a girl! I get a lot of funny looks from mechanics!i was having a brake issue, I thought there was air in the lines and the brakes needed to be bled. I called about 15 shops in Long Beach, none of them would work on my RV. I was recommended to call Santa Fe Garage by one of the shops that turned me down. I am so happy that they did! They said it would be no problem, just bring it in Monday morning. I showed up early, and they saw me right away and went right to work on the problem. In about 30 minutes they had the brakes bled and fixed! They could have mistaken me for someone who didnt know what i was talking about because im a girl and tried to tell me i had a bigger problem, and charged me an arm and a leg. They were respectable, listened to me and fixed the problem for a very small fee! Thank you so much, I will be back for sure! They also aired up my tires, and helped me back my big bus outta the shop! Thanks AGAIN!
