I brought my car here after getting into an accident. It was my first time going through this experience and if anything similar ever happened again, I would absolutely bring my car back here. Patrick was professional and helpful. He gave me an estimate of when my car would be completed and made the process easy. My car was ready on time and I received updates via text throughout which was very helpful.
Very unprofessional and the worse customer service you’ll get. I had two claims . I had authorized the first claim and signed the papers, but not the second claim. I came to get my car and they wanted to charge me for both claims!? But I had never authorized or signed any papers for the 2nd claim!! I wasn’t prepared to pay so much money. Patrick (assistant manager) came with a really bad attitude and said “this is your fault! You need to pay!!” But I never authorized or signed to get that done? I had only authorized the first claim! He went to talk to his boss and came back and said “we can’t charge you because you didn’t sign any papers, but you are never welcomed back here because we don’t do business like that” … yeah you shouldn’t do business like that! You should always have the authorization and signature of the customer to work on the car and charge them.. So now they never want me to go back because of a mistake they did? Very unprofessional. An. assistant manager should know not to move forward with a claim if not authorized by the customer. You should never talk to anyone the way Patrick spoke to me. He raised his voice and shouldn’t have . worse experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t my fault you worked on my car without having my authorization and later want to charge me so much for a small scratch !
Service was professional and as expected. I made the mistake of leaving my mask in my car and the front desk lady was courteous to provide me a spare. AC cold at both lounges.Icing on the cake was the affordable pricing for my oil chance for my Chevy Volt. Will be coming back again and again.

My car have been here for almost 3 monthes the car was suppose to be done last Friday they keep giving me dates and its still not done on the dates they give me went down there to see the car they didnt start on it until I went down there and now they saying until next month on the 10 they said they was going to call me never did I had to call them for updates on the car they keep telling me they waiting on parts for the car keep saying they coming in and aslo telling me about new parts they have to get that they never told me when I went came in to see the car or never called to tell me about the new parts they have to put on the car
Just recently took my car in to repair damage from an accident I was in. I appreciated the process in receiving the help needed being this was all new to me and my firs time experience of a car accident. There was a bit of a mix up the first time I went in but the issue was able to be resolved as I was assisted by a car tech(Manny) who viewed my car and walked me through the process including details of what the insurance company is going to do and what I need to do. Due to ordering parts, my car was ready for pick up within a week . Throughout the week I was notified through email and calls of the progression of it all. Upon arrival of picking up my car, Another car tech was able to show and discuss with me the fixing of my car. This is my 3rd car purchased from Cerritos Toyota. This was the easiest and fastest purchase ever. I saw an ad online, called about the car and it was mine fresh off the boat 2 days later. Brian Gonzales made it so easy for me. Its a beautiful red and black 2019 CH-r with all the bells and whistles. I got such a great deal and a car payment I can handle and the warranties that were given as options in financing that I was only interested in. Brian was there for me from beginning to end. I was able to call, ask questions, trade in my car, get the deal I felt comfortable with and drove home in a car I love.

This was my first time going through this experience and of course it was extremely stressful, however I made the right choice by bringing my car here to be repaired and handled by Bryan Mercado who was absolutely AMAZING start to finish! Even my OWN automotive insurance was giving me a hard time, trying to use USED parts, but Bryans concern of my safety ensured that my vehicle be repaired right! This would have been a 5 Star review if our car was clean when we got it. They said they washed it and I believe that but it was parked outside the paint booth and was covered in dust.

I bought a certified Toyota Tacoma during the Memorial Day weekend. Between myself, my lady and her family this is the third or fourth vehicle purchased from this branch. Kevin Plate was great but I think the store itself is not the best with customer service. First time I bought a car that did not have a full tank upon leaving the lot. I also left my clicker in the car that I traded in and was promised it will be mailed to me. Its been a week and still some confusion if it was mailed or not and I am still waiting for an update. Even on good credit this store has high interest rates they said it is because I purchased a certified vehicle. I came from a 1.9% interest on the Ford Mustang I traded in to a 7.75% interest on the Tacoma. I really like my Tacoma but moving forward I may prefer to do business with non corporate owned dealership as it drops its price more as well as good rates. Between me and my wife we have purchased 5 cars the last 9 years(two from this store).

I experienced terrible customer service from the receptionist at this autonation repair shop. I don’t know her name. I called on 03/04/2020 to see what the status of my vehicle was. She kept transferring me to a voicemail. She was very rude. I had to call and ask for anyone in management before I was able to speak to someone about my vehicle. I called a total of three times.When you work at the front desk of a company you are the frontline. You set the tone for how the public views your business. You must demonstrate exceptional customer service. You attitude and service cannot be poor. Someone needs to hold her accountable!
The actual sales experience wasnt too bad. I got a vehicle I was happy with at a reasonably fair price. My encounter with the finance people was all that you expect from a car dealership..Weasely guy applying high pressure to buy an extended warranty and such. I had to call several times to take care of some things after the fact, and nobody would bother to call back..

I took my car to get serviced. One of the workers hit my car and damaged the bumper. I had to leave my car and was told it would be ready by Saturday. It’s Tuesday and now I am being told that ‘maybe’ it’s ready by tomorrow. This caused a great inconvenience as I was going to take my care out town and that didn’t happen. To make matters worse I was assured that my car would be ready Saturday and it’s still not ready. I gave them a star for the car rental they provided. I can’t give them 1/2 a star otherwise I would.

Michelle in the service department was very professional, nice and easy to talk to. I dont know if that alone makes up for the extended time to have our oil changed . We were told they had to wait for the oil filter but, a courtesy phone call to advise us of this would have been greatly appreciated. 3 1/2 - 4 hours is a very long time to wait and not be advised as to the reason why.The most upsetting part was after pick up and driving off with the car I noticed an apparent residue on the windshield( over spray from another car being washed?... not sure.) and black oily greasy finger prints on the hood.That was the hardest part of our experience since our car was washed and detailed on Wednesday evening a day before our appointment .I would like to think that our experience was the exception and not the rule and that this critique refocuses their attention to detail in providing exceptional customer service.
Repair took 10 weeks to complete and up-charged me an additional $500.00 after 1.5 months of having the car even after the second insurance cost adjuster evaluation. Had to eat the $500 difference that the other persons insurance would not cover. I was surprised since the service specialist kept in contact me on a weekly basis. As for the quality of work, Had to go back a couple of days later to have the technician repair a few minor items that were missed. After all that, the vehicle looks great.

I had the absolute worst experience at AutoNation Toyota when I was there to return my lease. Immediately as I was pulling up in my Rav 4, I was greeted by a sales person and a customer who immediately made a derogatory remark at my appearance and my gender (female) and compared me to the car I was driving. I felt uncomfortable and ignored the customer, but the dealer, who could tell I was not comfortable, said nothing to the customer. The dealer then took me to an office and sat me down telling me that someone would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes went by before someone finally came in to pick something up off of the printer in the office that I had been sitting in. I snapped and asked when someone would come in and help me (Still feeling irritated about the encounter I had earlier). This employee then told me that no one was even at the desk that I was sitting at today. She listened to my complaints about the customer and dealer, and went to the front desk to ask for a manager to be called. The front desk were hesitant to call for a manager and told her “he’s busy today.” The employee had to firmly tell them that I needed a manager immediately. When the manager showed up, he was flustered and told me that he had a lot of things going on already that day. I couldn’t help myself, I let him have it about every thing that had just happened over the course of half an hour. I made a total scene because I was feeling like I was inconveniencing everyone at that facility. I pointed out the customer who had made the disrespectful remarks and the dealer who had done nothing about it and the manager did not do a thing. He just looked at them and apologized to me on their behalf, never talking to them or bringing us together to remediate the issue. At that point, I just asked that I sign my lease-end agreement, get a copy, and that I would NOT be test driving any vehicles. I had every intention of looking at a Highlander, too. I ended up going to Honda Carson where I was treated with respect and was able to have a calm and comfortable experience finding a new car for my family and I.Ultimately, I think that the way the situation was handled, the “boys will be boys” mentality that I felt was being projected that day, and how the issues were not directly addressed, rather they were pushed off from one person to the next made me feel like I did not matter as a customer. I hope this review is read by the staff and changes are made it to ensure a more respectful experience for customers in the future.

Mechanics & technicians did good work & pricing is pretty expensive, but it is a dealership, so what do you expect?What really got me was how unorganized their advisors were. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 5 minutes & didnt receive my car until at least 40 minutes after that.I also requested a AAA discount that was advertised on the AAA website & they had a giant AAA sign out front, but was told that they, didnt have any relationship with AAA for discounts.Had to show him the AAA website with the dealerships name before it was finally honored. ridiculious. long story short, they do good work here but the experience could be greatly improved.

Thank you for changing my mind about dealership, I always thought it would be a nightmare to get a car from dealership because of my past experience, but the people I met there were very nice and very helpful. Salman and his manager were very communicative, and I was able to get the car home within 5 hours (my past experience was the whole day...), Salman even came along to get a check from me, so I dont have to drive all the way back to drop it off.

I purchased a used vehicle at Autonation Toyota Cerritos on May 18. My experience has been very unpleasant. I have left messages with Parts, Cujsomer Service and Sales, but none have been returned. They just wanted my money. There were floor mats in the online ad for this vehicle which I did not notice until after the sale. When I questioned why they were not included, no answer, from anyone, at any time. I will never deal with Autonation again. They are simply after your money. No service after the sale.

Bought a used Toyota from Cerritos Auto Nation Toyota and they delivered to my home. Sales man handed me only one remote key so I asked how about a second key? He said.. this car came with only one key. Do any of you ask if there is a second key or not when you are buying a Toyota car at Toyota dealer? Very disappointed.
Waited past the qouted time for my car. Went to talk to the clerk that helped me. My car was ready and never gave me a call. Waited another 20 minutes just to get my car after that. She decided that $10 would be enough for the miscommunication. Arrived at 6:55, didnt get served until 7:10, was finally driving in my car after an oil change at 9:40am.
Bassam Tayara was an excellent salesman who helped us achieve our desired monthly payment and the features that we wanted on our Tacoma. Our only minor criticism was that we were told that our all weather floor mats would be ready for pick up the following afternoon (June 29). When we arrived the next afternoon we were told that they were never ordered and it would take a week for them to arrive.Buying a new car/truck is often a very trying experience. Bassam made the entire experience more positive and we appreciated his patience and service in getting exactly what we wanted. We will continue to be Toyota customers in the future.

Highly recommend Matthew Barrera if you need to buy a car at Toyota AutoNation Cerritos. The dealership is quite big. Autonation gives the flexibility to pull car from the Irvine, Cerritos, or Buena Park to the Autonation that you prefer. Before I came to Autonation Cerritos, I researched the prices that I see from different dealership websites. Matthew was able to show me different models and trims when I came in. He gave me break down sales menu for each vehicle which made it so much easy to understand. Of course, there was negotiation going on but it wasnt aggressive. If your negotiation is reasonable Autonation Cerritos will most likely try to help you with the price. That was the reason why I decided to buy the car at Autonation Cerritos. Matthew was also great at responding to my emails and texts. Highly suggest you to also do a pre-credit check online first before coming in to the dealership. It will speed up the process for sure.
Hi, I’ve been trying to get ahold of Richard J. Hurtado for the past few weeks at AutoNation Collision Center in Long Beach. I’m having major issues with my truck, the side moldings came off damaging my left passenger door and driver front door scraping off paint and also denting in my door edges. After numerous emails and promises to fix the truck, I still didn’t get my issues addressed. I will go to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and make my report ASAP this week after no response to my issues. Also other sites will help me get the attention I need to bring these issues to table and for someone from this repair shop to acknowledge my frustrations. I have all logged service repairs for documentations. Also brought my sister’s BMW in for an estimate and now the receptionist said it was not found in the system for some apparent reason. What the hell is going on at this shop? My sister does have the original estimate with the shop’s information on it, upon calling the repair shop, her file was nowhere to be found. Female receptionist stated that Richard Hurtado no longer works there at the facility on the day my sister brought her BMW in which was last month. I spoke to Richard Hurtado myself a few weeks ago and was expecting a promised call resolving my 2004 GMC Yukon XL truck issues from this facility. I’m done with trying to track down Richard, so no more playing games with this BS. Promises after promises, really sick and tired of the hassles after hassles. It cost money, invested time, stress, and anxiety. I’m escalating this matter after today. All records will be provided as proof of what was done at this shop. I also have proof of emails as a track record on what what being done & promised to get my truck done at this facility.

I personally do not recommend this place to anyone. I had a very bad experience from the service person who helped me during the collision repair in the month of July last year and very bad customer service front desk. Why I am writing now is, I came to know today that the service person who helped me during the collision repair lied to me. I told him specifically that I did not need any after market parts and I was willing to pay the difference, if my insurance didn’t approve.He promised me that he will take care of that. The funny part is that when I met him first time in the collision repair center,he told me that do not use after market parts since it is a brand new vehicle. I trusted him what ever he said to me. During the delivery time after the collision repair I asked him about the the difference that I had to pay from my pocket and he said me there is no difference to pay except my deductible. I was surprised and I was happy that my insurance paid for the genuine parts on that day. He said me it’s a genuine parts The only upset on that day was that he didn’t had any courtesy to inform me that the vehicle is ready to pick up and I informed to the general manager about this.Today I came to know from a different service person Mr. Manney who helped me to fix my sensors (since I lost the the trust with the other service person ) that the bumper they used in my car was an after market, when I went to fix my front sensors. During the collision repair they didn’t properly fixed the sensors and sensing on the opposite way. ie if any object or obstruction on the right side shows the light on the left side and vice versa.Thanks Mr.Manney for your professional approach,honesty,truthfulness and communication in a timely manner. It is more appreciated.

When I followed up the second day on missed items no realistic solution was proposed.This was my 3rd car to buy there and didnt get any advantage as a repeat client and I doubt I will be going there again.Very dissapointing all around.
