Our daughter was driving a car that is in our name and she got rear-ended. She was not hurt and the person who hit her was very helpful with sharing his information. We got lists from Liberty Mutual Insurance(our policy) and Travelers(the other persons policy) for their Approved Body shops. Fix Auto Long Beach was on both lists. I planned to make several calls, but I did not get past my first call to Fix Auto Long Beach. They were amazing, responsive, and so nice. We dropped the car off and Fernando was the one who helped us. We immediately knew we chose the right place. I cannot say enough about this whole enterprise. Their whole staff are so cheerful and efficient. They made a huge inconvenience painless. They did a wonderful job and they finished it sooner than we expected. Thank you to Fernando and to the staff members with whom I talked to on the phone. You are all awesome!

My car was side swiped in a hit and run; brought it to Fix Auto and couldn’t be more satisfied. Needed repairs and painting on both door panels and wheel well. Side mirror was taken clean off as well; Fix replaced the mirror and made the repairs in a bit over a week. Very satisfied with the work!

Go to fix auto for all my auto body repair needs they’re the best. Living in Long Beach side mirrors are always at risk of getting swiped and every time it’s happened to me fix auto orders it and fixes it within a few days ! They even wash and vacuum your car !

Amazing customer service, you are kept constantly updated about your car and even though they are busy they get your car back to you within the week! If anything else were to happen to my car this is the first place i would want to bring it.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. They completed the work ahead of schedule and better than expectations.

Well, they updated me every day of the date my car would be finished. Until day of, when a part was missing and would not be in until the following Monday. Otherwise, very friendly service and cleaned the inside like no other auto shop I’ve been to.

So I’m not sure who has ever been in a car accident but from the Towe yard to the body shop between the two all of my personal belongings were gone and I had a lot of stuff in my car at the time of the accident. There’s no way I would have been able to get it all that night due to the pain I was in...what baffles me is how missing personal belongings is so common and yet I don’t know who to blame...was it the Towe yard or was it the body shop...so I can’t really give a good review because I don’t know who was at fault but my car was ransacked while in the custody of both...

This team is the absolute best. I’ve had them work on my car on several occasions and they have been professional, friendly and nice to deal with, and do a GREAT job.They saved my car when my insurance company wanted to (unjustifiably) write it off and scrap it, it drove out looking like new.This week they replaced a simple part, the door hinge that prevents the door from closing, in about a half hour while I waited. The Honda dealership quoted me $395 to do the job that Fix Auto did for $78. That included $30 for the part! Moral of the story: make this your first stop. Alex, Maria and Katie are wonderful and strive to exceed expectations every time - and then they absolutely do. 👍🏻

Fix Auto was one of my options from my insurance company. Everything with them went smoothly. They ladies were very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I took my car in on a Wednesday and they had it ready to go the following Tuesday. They even detailed it and filled up my tires.Amazing!

They sent me a message at 9:00 am on July 3rd my car would be ready for pickup at 4:00 on July 3rd. I arrived at 3:30, and the shop had closed early for the July 4th weekend. But it would not have mattered since the repairs were not completed July 8th

Best place to have your car repaired!!

This place is seriously a joke. They cant be trusted . The guy Alex is creepy. What a mistake it was taking both my new range rovers here . The first one had a minor dent from a door, he gave me an estimate and I agreed . I spoke to him 3 times before my truck was done right before I went to pick up he tells me that O by the way the part was more money then I thought I owe a higher amount . I asked why didnt you mention this in the 3 conversations we had prior, he said he forgot.My other new Range Rover had a rock scratch on the hood, he had for 2 weeks it was done 3 days ago and will not release it until he sees a copy of a drafted check from the insurance ???Really. My insurance approved and now you want a copy of a drafted check or hold my car hostage . Arent you in the insurance claim Business ? Do you normally wait on checks from insurance . Ive had many cars fixed Ive never heard asking for a copy of a drafted check before . Obviously theres an agreement with the insurance company already. Trying to get a copy of a drafted check in a insurance company in a dept that no one knows where it is, is probably just a tactic to charge extra storage fees for the car . Really ???
