I was in a car accident in the middle of August. My insurance gave me two options to have my repairs done and I went with Caliber Collision because it was closest to where I live.I am truly so pleased with how amazing they were. Everyone was so nice and so positive and had such a good outlook on the repairs that my car needed, and continued to keep me updated as the repairs were being done. As well as getting my car to me earlier than we had planned witch was awesome. I would 100% recommend working with them.

When I had to have my car fixed after someone rear ended me, this was one of the places I could take my car to, we picked it because it is in good standing with the BBB. They where very helpful, friendly and efficient! There was also another spot on my car that needed to be fixed not due to a car accident and I asked them prices that it might be to fix that...At first they at quote a price I could not afford (it was including a new paint job) but when they new we didnt have the money for that they really did their homework and found a piece of the same color for my car and fixed that for a price I could afford! Thanks so much!

Caliber Collision went above and beyond for me again! I had my catalytic converter stolen on Monday night. I called to have it towed to the shop & within a short time they called for an appointment. I was unable to come in, so they sent the estimate to me by email, saving me a ton of time. They estimated 5 days for the repair. Mun was my repair technician. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from him on Friday that he had secured the last Prius catalytic converter in the area for me by pulling stock from Palm Springs an completed the repair! He even said he’d wait past close for me to pick it up. When I got the car back, I was very happily surprised that it had been washed and waxed. Everyone in the office was super friendly and informative, good conversation. All around great service. Would recommend very highly

We were in an accident and referred to Caliber by our insurance carrier. I had no prior experience with them so I did a little search and they looked reputable. It did take a bit longer than expected to get the car back, but it was worth it. Great craftmanship, great customer service, and I highly recommend them.

We use the Riverton location for all ours repairs. We request our work to be handled by Balentine, but he’s extremely busy. I’m sure it’s because of his awesome work and great personality. They never want you to leave unhappy and if you are, let them know. They pride themselves on making it right.

Everyone was very kind and eager to help in anyway. They walked me through everything and then kept me updated through out the process. I got my car back looking so clean and shiny!

Caliber Collision was amazing to work with on the repairs of our SUV. Our vehicle was brand new and was damaged when a tire flew off a car in front of us. We were devastated! Caliber fixed her up beautifully and she looks brand new again! Due to Covid and production of parts and having a new vehicle, it took some time to get in what we needed. However they communicated with us throughout the entire process so we always had updates! Once our parts were in they completed the repairs on time and in the amount of time promised. We highly recommend this shop!

The service at caliber collision was on point. The estimator, Brandon, was extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. He texted me multiple times throughout the week to let me know the status of my car, and even included pictures. Not only was Brandon great but the front desk woman, I believe her name was Christina, called enterprise to have them pick me up for a rental car. After 20 minutes had gone by she called one of her workers to drive me to the rental car location instead because they were taking too long. He drove me in what was either his own car or his work car. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. They made my very unfortunate incident into a pleasant experience

Brought my car here to get fixed after I got rear ended and there service from the time I was in and out was amazing. They greeted me when I arrived and I checked In and filled out paper work. The guy came out to inspect my car and told me an estimate of time it would take to get repaired, checked for damages and took me back into the office and gave me the paper work I needed. Called the rental car company to pick me up. They kept me updated while my car was being repaired. Once I arrived to pick up my car they went above and beyond besides the repairs. They washed my car inside and out and detailed the car. They also took off all the haze from my headlights. Asked for an estimate for my front bumper as well. Would recommend this place to anyone.

There service and work here was impeccable. Everything was done for us including having the rental car company meet us there. They even swapped a piece of glass out that they didnt have to do! I was really impressed and so thankful for them being not only detail oriented but friendly too!

Outstanding service, communication, workmanship

Back in 2013 my car was involved in a hit a run. Through my insurance I took it to Caliber collision for the repair for the front and rear bumper and replacement for the tires that were damaged from the accident. They aesthetically fixed everything but it looks only good from the outside.-I started noticing that my vehicle was driving unstable at high rate of speed. They said they did an alignment.... my new tire tread soon worn off and it was fixed due to new tires and proper alignment-the front tow hook on my jeep was also impacted.... I barely notice it years later. The tow hook was bent out of place and they kept it on instead of ordering a new tow hook.-after a few months of driving I started noticing bumper screw tabs started missing. The front bumper was not put on correctly as it seems out of place.I wish they are more comprehensive in their repairs rather than overlooking some issues.

Very professional and courteous. The receptionist was efficient, processing my paperwork and considerate of my time and getting me out in an orderly fashion with a car rental.

This is my first Google review, my experience at Caliber on Willow St in Long Beach was so terrible, I feel compelled to share it. I just got my car back dirty and with wax marks on it, almost a month after I sustained minor front and rear damage from being rear-ended (on 6/4/19). Not only did I try to give the receptionist when I first arrived at Caliber a copy of my insurance estimate showing there was front and rear damage (which she dismissed saying it was already in their system), I also explained to Caliber staff that I had both front and rear damage, plus my car was visibly damaged. This should have been enough to have not received my car back on 6/21 with only the front fixed. Not only did it take over 10 days to not complete the repair, I had to follow up multiple times to find out the timeline. Luckily the rental car I was using at the time was covered by insurance, but what if it wasn’t?Don’t bother going there if you want to be treated with respect, have an easy stress-free experience, and want to feel confident that your car has actually been fixed.

Calliber has worked on my car twice now and they did fantastic work both times. They were fast, friendly, and I loved my text updates. I never wondered what the status of my repair was because I was constantly updated!

The midget with glasses at the front desk is super helpful nice and clearly knows how to do her job best customer service by far unlike the douche glass who helped me out I would only return because of the great service from the front desk

I went in this store after an accident and of course was frazzled. Embarrassingly enough I spoke very cross to a very nice woman there and stormed out of the place. I just sat in my car and the woman came out into the parking lot and consoled me and continued to stay professional and kind to me. Everyone there was extremely nice.

This place is REMARKABLY shady.Took the car in for an estimate on a Monday. Signed paperwork authorizing an ESTIMATE only. Specifically wrote on the paper, ESTIMATE ONLY. All through insurance as a result of minor cosmetic damage (5-10 mph rear end traffic collision) to the plastic rear bumper cover. Pay attention. This end part is important.Call back at the end of the day. Get told Estimates take 2 days.Okay. Call back the end of Tuesday... Estimate isnt done yet. Call tomorrow.Call Wednesday. Oh. The estimate was done yesterday. Ill have the mechanic call you back. 3 hours pass. No call. Called back... Ill transfer you to the mechanic. Call gets transferred. Call gets answered. Call gets put on hold. Call gets disconnected. Call back. Talk to the mechanic. Okay so your car will be ready next week. Next week? Why? Wasnt the estimate done yesterday? We already took the car apart and have parts ordered. Who authorized you to do that? We have your signature. Yes. For the estimate only. Yeah. But we have your signature. Yes. FOR THE ESTIMATE ONLY. Well then you can pay $150 and get your car back. Fine. Put the car back together. I want it tomorrow morning. We cant do that. You *just* said you can. Well we have your signature authorizing us to do the work. UGH. Whatever. When is it going to be done? Friday we think. You think? Yeah. We have to take a look under the bumper and see if theres more damage we have to fix. Didnt you just say that you already have the car apart? .... uh yeah... but not completely. FINE.200 dollar rental car later....Friday comes. No phone call. Saturday comes. No phone call. Sunday passes. No phone call. Monday at 4pm passes. No call. Call them. Your car was done 7am on Friday. Why didnt you call? It says we called and spoke to you on Friday and told you that your car is done. I probably would have remembered that, since I was waiting all day for the call. Well its ready now. Fine.Show up to pick up the car. Okay. You have a balance due of $2,000. What? They didnt tell you? No. Let me get the manager. Manager starts hammering on a keyboard without saying much. I think he said Evening by way of greeting. To his credit, he gave me the paperwork, has me sign, gives me keys, and I was on my way 4-5 minutes later.Get home. Look at the bill. They claim to have replaced the entire rear end of the car. Parts of the undercarriage, rear quarter panel, rear lights. Almost everything from the C pillar back. 2,000 dollar repair for all new parts and assemblies. Im not new to cars. I do my own mechanical work and have for years. I know new parts vs the parts that were never removed and replaced.Take a look at the paperwork they had me sign. At the time the manager led me to believe that I was signing paperwork to acknowledge receipt of the car and the 1 year warranty they have on all of their work. I realize at home that its actually paperwork that says they called me twice last week and gave me two different price estimates, and got verbal authorization for the amounts. LIES. NEVER happened.Thankfully, I didnt pay out of pocket. The insurance company is probably going to be mad when they get the photos of all the work and parts that were billed, but never happened.On the plus side, the car looks fine.

Estimators dont do a thorough job of assessing the vehicle damage. Caused problems for me with my insurance as the supplemental estimate was considerably more than the original estimate. 👎🏻👎🏻

Worst experience ever. Nobody knows what their doing..they say they are going to call you back and never do. If I don’t go out of my way to constantly call them I would never hear back. The lack of professional is unreal.

Im a pretty simple guy and I dont demand much. I just want my car fixed. Apparently, 4-5 months since the fix, there are more problems with the car than I expected. A lot of shady things happened to my car. Ill be very concrete and logical with this review. Allstate recommended me to these people, but Im left very disappointed and angry. I never had a problem with any car repair shop in my life, even when they fixed it, I tried not to be nit picky with them and went my own way. It sure backfired not making a complaint ASAP cause I just want my car fixed to go to work.Insurance charged me 35 for the new wheel. I paid for the new tire. Apparently, I have a spare tire/rim in the trunk of my car. When I had a flat tire a few days ago, I looked for my spare tire and it was gone. I knew Collision Tires used my tires and rims and claimed they purchased a new one. This is very unprofessional and shady. This is a 5 thousand dollar fix and it felt like it was half of that.The point of insurance is to fix whatever damage that happened at the accident and restore it what it was before. Ill make this clear, if theres a rebuttal by Collsion, okay, my back bumper was comestically damaged before, but Im not going to talk about that because it has nothing to do with this complaint. The complaint was that they rushed my car and I dont feel my car is the same as before.They also lost the cap of my rims, and said theyll call me back. Never did. Its already since August they didnt call me for that piece of cap on the rim.There are weird noises coming out of the front car. A shhhh sound at times. I hear clinking sounds when I brake. I understand no one is perfect and thats why I usually take things back if I find there is a problem. If these people claim took my spare tires/rims from teh back of my car and claimed to the insurance that they bought it. Professional this is wrong and shady business practice. It is not honest. I will be making a complaint to allstate about this and I will go to these people on monday. I will keep posted about this. My car is not the same as before and they claimed some things in the receipt that they didnt even pay for. REALLY SHADY.
