Mechanics are quite knowledgeable about modern Jaguar servicing. They take time to throughly explain the work preformed. The work preformed was needed and carried out in a professional and expert manner.

I brought my 2015 Fiat in, and I was amazed at how well they took care of me. The gents are lovely, easy going, but also have an atmosphere of confidence and professional presence. It reassured me that these were the right gents for the job. I know it sounds simple, but to anyone who has a fiat knows the struggle of finding someone to work on the car without nervous hesitation.Not only that, at other places, usually I wait hours for service, without even a hello. I was genuinely impressed that they were very informative for every question I had. I had two lights out, and no one else in the area even wanted to touch my car without price gouging. Service took less than an hour, and I was lucky enough to have same day service without having to schedule an appointment a week out (again, at other places).The cherry on top is how affordable and fair priced they are. For comparison, another place wanted 171$ for a diagnostic. My entire bill here was less than that alone. They have loyal customers and it’s so easy to see why. I highly recommend them- truly hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with car service. Thank you!!

I have a 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster that I love! After more that 20 years of driving in New Hampshire, my rocker panels were rotting out. Worse than that, the jack mounts were getting soft - which means frame damage. I feared the worst. I worked with Bill and Felix at Veloce and they confirmed frame damage but said they could fix it. I was skeptical. But - indeed they did! Im not a car-guy and I really like the way they worked with me. During the repair - they invited me in several times to see the work. I was really impressed with the custom metal fabrication work they did. As I said, Im skeptical, so they even put a micrometer on the fabrication parts to show me it matched the original frame thickness. After repairing both sides and cleaning the underside, they reassembled it and its beautiful. I have had it back for 2 months and no reassembly problems. Quality work.Oh - I need to mention - they buffed the car and remove scrape marks that had been there 10 years. Its spectacular. Im back to driving it out to the coast every weekend. I brought my 2018 Alpha Romeo Giulia Quadrafolio to Bill to do a few performance mods, including replacing my ECU’s with tuned ones and putting an exhaust valve remote opener in the trunk. This car is pristine with only 3,000 miles on it and I knew they were doing a lot of engine part and under trunk body removal and replacement, which I am happy I chose Bill and Felix. They did a spectacular job and when I picked it up THE CAR WAS EXACTLY AS I DROPPED IT OFF, I could tell the care they took on it and am very appreciative to them, I Highly recommend them for what you all may need done…

The exhaust on my 2011 Camry started making noise and I guessed it was my flex pipe going bad. Bill confirmed it and quoted me a reasonable price. Repairs were done ASAP and car is good to go. Very quick response time!

2015 Audi A4, they fixed my wheel Bearings and I had my car back in no time. The price was great and from driving my car the work was great as well. Will not hesitate to use them in the future. A++

After paying over $7000 up front for parts, they kept my 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud for nearly 3 months, then returned it with two windows that still don’t operate and air conditioning this still doesn’t work. I found this out on the way home, after we had already paid the full balance. They did fix the brakes, for over $10,000. Don’t pay up front, and check their work before you pay at all.

A good friend of mine recommended this shop after they worked on his Rolls-Royce Phantom. I have a 2014 Ferrari California that the dealership in Boston wanted over $10,000 to repair and ABS problem the car was having. After speaking with Bill he assured me that they could fix the car for far less than the dealer wanted. I was apprehensive but because of my friends recommendation I was willing to give them a try. Not only did they repair my car for a third of what the dealer wanted but they did some modifications that I’ve been thinking about. Their workmanship is impeccable and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced from any dealership by far. Bill is very detailed in every aspect of the process and explains everything along with options. Since repairing my Ferrari they have serviced my wife’s Bentley Flying Spur and my daughters Audi A6. They have a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone.

I recently brought my 1987 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio to Veloce to have several repairs done. There was a leak of transmission fluid due to a faulty seal. Not only did they fix the leak but they rebuilt the second gear synchro in the transmission. Often, when I previously shifted into second gear the gears would grind. This is a common issue for Alfas. Veloce fixed this issue and my car has never shifted better!!Veloce also did some brake work and replaced several tie rods. My car has never handled better! Bill regularly called me to update me on the repairs and the cost was right in line with the estimate he provided.I will definitely bring my Alfa back to Veloce next time it needs work. They really know Alfas!

Bill was absolutely amazing and so personal,I can’t believe I found this gem that not only saved me a large amount of money on my Maserati ghibli service but they kept me updated through the process with fast friendly service!

This place is a unicorn.... Techs that understand customer service and communication skills. Ive been to 2 specialist and 1 stealership but never again. Bill and his guys did a great job at diagnosing and fixing the smg motor. All the other shops wanted to replace the entire system. After verifying that there was nothing wrong with the pump itself, Bill suggested changing just the smg motor and saved me a couple grand. While he had it I had him check a leaky rear drive shaft seal that all 3 prior shops said were bad....turns out it was the front pinion seal that was leaking and pooling back near the drive shaft. The other shops wanted a crazy amount to fix it and come to find out it wouldnt have solved the issue. Veloce took care of ALL seals and for a fraction of the cost. They took the time to clean the transfer case cover and re clear coat it. It looks brand new. In 3 days Veloce had removed and replaced the SMG motor, replaced all seals, did a transmission flush and ac service and I was back on the road by the weekend.One other note, when the motor failed, my car was inoperable. Bill took the time to drive to my house to see if he could do anything to get the transmission into neutral so we could tow it. Way above and beyond. Definately found a customer for life!

Brought my 74 Alfa Romeo GTV in soon after purchasing, several things didnt seem right about the but I knew that the car had the potential to be great. Joakim immediately diagnosed the car and provided a comprehensive list of the items that needed attention. This list demonstrated an intimate knowledge of the car, something that is rare these days. The most important item, the car did not have an original differential causing poor performance. The ratios in the diff were off..., the prop shaft was loose.... among other things. The car is worth a lot since its in great shape, just needed to correct these things and it would be a great car. The repairs took a long time, the shop is busy, this was a bit frustrating...but to get someone with such a good knowledge of Alfa Romeo was really paramount for me so I was patient.I picked up the car last week and I can say that the repairs were transformative. The car is a dream, what I expected to have when I purchased. The new differential and the prop shaft are designed and engineered to be part of this car, by driving it this becomes obvious.The other improvements including valve work, clutch adjustment and correction of some typical Italian electrical issues... all work together to make the car what it is supposed to be.

Joe, Bill and Teddy at Veloce are hands down the best in the business. I brought my Mitsubishi Evo in to them half broken in boxes. Bill took my shattered precious transmission and put together a hefty package that can handle the power I am putting down. Teddy and Bills great troubleshooting and software knowledge figured out all the quirks in this car. DO NOT bring your car anywhere else, honest work with the customers best wishes in mind. Cant thank them enough for the hours put into my build.

2018 Fiat 500 Abarth - I asked Bill at Veloce to troubleshoot my service engine light and install new silicone turbo lines. Installation of turbo lines was done very cleanly and Bill took the time to inspect my entire turbo system to make sure that there were no leaks. My service engine light is no longer on and under the hood looks better than ever!

Veloce Imports has kept my 2014 Volvo XC90 running great; Bill does a great job and is always there when needed. We had a tie rod break and they fixed it in short-order. I would not take our car anywhere else. These guys are great.

Had an emergency brake issue with my 2012 Range Rover Evoque and did a Google search and found Veloce and a few other garages. The owner called me back promptly and, of everyone I spoke with, I felt my car would be in the best hands here. I had it towed over that day and the owners were able to diagnose everything and order the part that day. I had it back next day, with the issue was fixed (and a couple other things they found) for half the original estimate I received. Plus, they were so professional and nice, I was really blown away. 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone, these guys are the real deal!!

Wow, what a great shop. I was considering buying a 2008 Range Rover HSE and I spoke with Bill (who didn’t know me from Adam) about doing a spur of the moment pre-purchase inspection. Not only did Bill bend over backwards to fit me in, he obviously knows his business. He was extremely knowledgeable about arcane Land Rover issues, and his shop has all the most advanced diagnostic equipment. And to top it all off, Bill is just a really nice guy, I couldn’t be more impressed. I live a couple of hours from Londonderry but I’d be sorely tempted to still bring my Rover here for service. So nice to see there are still folks out there who understand customer service. Highly recommended.

My son has a 2004 Volvo XC 90 that had developed a brake problem. Before I discovered Veloce, I replaced the brake booster, thinking that was the problem. It was not. I was lucky to find this shop. They know there stuff!! Did a ton of analysis and saw it was the master cylinder. They replace that and brakes are back to normal.Best shop I have been to!All my repairs will be by Veloce!!Bill was awsome

I was extremely impressed with the service, professionalism and quality/value as well at Veloce Imports. My Ford Taurus died on the highway New Year’s Day and when I called Veloce Imports they said have it towed right over and I did. They quickly did diagnostics and gave me the bad news, that I needed a transmission. The good news was that they were able to get me a new one and install it as soon as it came in. Their name may be Veloce but they work on any car! Ask for Billy when you go or call, He is the best! You can trust him!

I have worked with Veloce Imports off and on for years now and have never been disappointed with their work. I recently brought my project 51 Chevy to them for a brake system upgrade that would be much more than a garage install for me, as well as a safe end-product. They did a great job with install and finish, and helped me button up a few line leaks around the car that needed work while they were under the car. I am very happy with the results, and i will be back when i am ready for the next major modification.

Volvo C70 Hardtop Convertible 2008My hard top convertible stopped working and initially I brought it to a dealer in Hooksett who specialized in Volvos. They took a look at my car and told me I needed a new sensor, which I had replaced one year prior (with them). They replaced the sensor again and the top still had issue. They told me they would lock the car up so that I could take it home for a long weekend. I went to pick up the car on a Friday, 6p before a long weekend. When I got in my car and started it, the alarm immediately went off, not allowing me to drive the car. The hood of the car was lifted about two inches and there was no way to lock it to drive. It took me an hour to get in touch with anyone, and they gave me a rental car to take. Fast forward two weeks and my car still was not repaired, and they stated they had no way to repair the broken hood or the tops mechanics, and I would have to tow my car to a dealership. Needless to say I was very unhappy that my car was in a worse condition than I had left it.I CALLED VELOCE IMPORTS and I spoke with Bill. I let him know of my issues and frustrations and he offered to look at my car. I towed it to them and he contacted me to find there were more issues than the previous mechanic discovered. First of all, the previous shop replaced a sensor that was not failed. Bill found a short in my wiring and fixed it. This short was the reason for the failed sensor, not the sensor itself. He also found that my tops motor was engulfed in water underneath my trunk from a drain that was not in properly, which he also fixed. He replaced my battery and removed a stock product that was doing nothing more than draining my battery. They went through my cars top mechanics wiring, sensors, replaced my convertible motor, calibrated the top and got my car and its top running beautifully. It took a little more time than any of us wanted because they found much deeper issues than the previous mechanics (and I use the term loosely), had discovered. But from the engine to the trunk they fixed everything that could possibly stop my convertible top from working. I would recommend them to anyone who needed this style of work done as they are completely educated in these mechanics. They laid out the entire plan of action and showed me exactly what they were faced with and communicated clearly where it all stood with time and costs.The end result: The cost was honest, if not more to my advantage than their own, as we all know Volvos are not cheap repairs; and I got to enjoy my summer with a fully functional top with no issues to date.I couldnt have asked for a better result from a team I put all my trust in based on a phone call. (I am sure that they could elaborate more on the work they did)Thank you all.

In October I found my 2003 Jaguar to be leaking coolant. Ive owned this car since new and only drive it in summer. The mechanic I have used since the warranty period ended had moved away. Veloce Imports was recommended to me so I called and made an appointment. The day before my appointment I called saying I felt I would be more comfortable if they if they could leave the car indoor overnight so they would have it first thing in the morning to work on. They had no problem granting my request and the next day they called to say my car was ready. Coolant leak was fixed, new inspection sticker applied and best of all the the carpet and seat had been protected so as not to be soiled during its time in the shop. Im so relieved to have found my new shop!

As a former customer I felt I would chime in on my opinion of my own personal past experience here. I brought in my Lamborghini here for routine work for it to turn into a ten month long ordeal.My car ended up needing extensive engine work as I was informed in September of that year. I was told I would have my car back late Fall. Fall turned into Winter, Winter into Spring, and Spring into Summer! I was highly suspicious that my car wasn’t being worked on a majority of that time and another former customer later confirmed my suspicions. I was continuously billed over 10,000 Dollars in that 10 month period. I got my car back in Mid-July. I missed out on half of the car shows I planned to attend and was making 3,000 a month car payments on a car I couldn’t even drive while my car sat here. When I got my car back it had multiple new dings on the doors I had to have professionally removed, multiple new paint chips and over spray all over my paint and windshield that took me over 3 clay bar treatments to remove. My car clearly sat uncovered and unprotected from the body work they do in the same area of the shop. My car was also missing lots of screws in the engine bay and even the oil pressure sensor was left unplugged as diagnosed by my new shop.By September of that same year my car was throwing check engine codes for timing issues. After very thorough research I found out that my engine timing was apparently eyeballed without using the proper Lamborghini timing tool! If the proper tool was used for engine timing my timing would not have been over 10 degrees off on my DOHC engine for each intake and exhaust cam. I ended up spending another 5,000 dollars to have a more qualified shop to fix the timing with the proper tool.I personally will never ever go back here.

The Veloce folks are in tune with my 16 year old Acura TL. Runs better than when I got it after the dealer blessed it some 7 years ago.

I wouldn’t let this shop change a spark plug on my lawnmower! They crashed my car and had there shop tech Mark fix it and I only found out after they fired him. Two years later to boot. One would think an honest business owner would have called me to tell me we had an accident and apologize for it. Nope. Instead they made up a story that it needs O2 sensors so it will be an additional week or two and charge me for it to boot. It was a nice Ferrari 355 until they got ahold of it. Much like Gerry Carbone and his Ferrari I had to trade my car in as I couldn’t undo the wrong they had already caused.They really didn’t have much of a clue as to what they were doing over there and it became more evident after taking my business elsewhere when I bought more exotic cars. Just take a drive by and look at all the super cars that sit outside both front and back in all weather conditions neglected. None of these cars are covered either. It’s a graveyard for all cars never mind super cars....

A FEW YEARS AGO I NEEDED SOMEONE TO RESTORE MY 1989 JAG .THEY WERE NOT ONLY CAPABLE BUT EXTREEMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY REBUILT MY CAR FROM THE GROUND UP AND I AM STILL DRIVING IT TODAY. RECENTLY I NEEDED MY REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED.SO ONCE AGAIN I TRUSTED THE JOB TO BE DONE BY BILL AT VELOCE. MY TRUCK NOW IS SMOOTH AS SILK AND STOPS ON A DIME. ANOTHER GREAT JOB. Dropped my Ferrari 599 gtb for an oil change and sticker April 2018. They totally ruined my car. After giving them a procedure from Ferrari for changing the oil and the Ferrari technician for consultation, they totally f____d everything up.They delivered the car to me and it ran so poorly, I could hardly drive it home.One mont later, the error codes still were there.Then when testing the Ferrari, they ran over a curb and ruined a wheel and tire.I had to trade the Ferrari and should have sued them.Nigel who is no longer there was a total BS artist and was responsible for fabrication a false narative.Joe tried to solve my problem but was driving my car when he broke my wheel.In retrospect, I should have sued them.

I had a Euro Compulsion tune installed on my 2018 Stelvio as well as front brakes. Couldnt be happier with the service and the car. Bill is my new mechanic.

They crashed and fixed my buddy Chads car without informing him. They made up an excuse to extort a portion of the money to fix the car to soften the hit on the shops end. thats just wrong.

Brought my Lamborghini in to have mirrors fixed and when dropping off just had uneasy feeling so i took picture of my odometer, just happened to stop by next day and mechanic was sitting in car with it running and had his soda and a can of pringles, he had a surprised look on his face.Long story short my car had 58.4 extra miles on it, so wrong and unprofessional i would never ever bring my car there again just heads up always take a picture of your miles

The only place I will take my Audi from now on! A huge thank you to Steve and Teddy for diagnosing and fixing the gas leak on my car. Before coming to Veloce, I was told from several other places that the gas tank needed to be replaced, which was quite expensive. Steve found that the problem was the fuel filter needed to be replaced and within two hours, my car was no longer leaking fuel and ready to go. Steve also diagnosed the ongoing headlight issue I had with my Audi for the four years I have owned it. Without fail, my headlights would die every two to three months and I would have to replace the headlight switch. Thanks to Steve, that is no longer the case and I havent had a switch replacement in over a year!
