I was looking for a place near my sons work for service to be done to his vehicle, as well as an inspection. Burke is right down the road and provided quick and quality service. Vehicle was done as promised for the amount that I was quoted. I would recommend them and hope that my son will use him again!

I bought a car at the end of September, looked at it and it didnt seem to have any issues and it drove fine, so I bought it, but then I got it inspected, at a different place, and it wouldnt pass inspection, there was rot on the engine cradle I believe, thats all anyone told me, so then I took it to Burke, I had heard good things about him, it took him like a week to even look at my car, and he had my car for a month and a half. He would not give me updates about my car, he doesnt answer the phone, he only responds on text. I just took it back, and he then explained all the issues with my car TO ME. Except for the gas leak he briefly mentioned and then never brought up again. All I can say is, this is not how you run a business. Also, he never wears a mask, even now with the state mandate on masks when in public places.

BEWARE! Please do yourself a favor and do bot use this company. I purchased a used truck a few days ago off of the owner of this shops cousin and his wife. I paid $4500 and was told there were no issues with the truck and that they had just purchased it two months prior and had the owner of Burke’s auto inspect it fully and put a passing inspection sticker on it. They said the only reason they were selling is because they needed a cargo van for their band equipment. I noticed upon inspecting the truck that there was rust underneath. I personally no nothing about mechanic work but know rust isn’t good and inquired. I was told it was already inspected and was only surface rust and nothing to worry about. I bought the truck against my better judgement and had everything inspected. Long story short the truck needs new rocker panels, a new tire rod, two new front tires, a new transmission pan, since the one that’s there is completely rotted and my transmission could blow at any moment, tire sensor light that I have yet to figure out, as well as the ac is not working (yet to find out the cause of that until spring) minus the ac it will cost me thousands to repair. I messaged the person it bought it from and they told me to go to Burke’s and that that is impossible even though I had already taken it to several mechanics to be sure. I went to him and he brushed everything off. Said all vehicles leak and didn’t say anything about the transmission pan, said he could patch up some of the rust really cheap and that the other mechanics were exaggerating and that he had worked on that truck several times and it was a sound truck as he put it and that he would put another inspection sticker on it right there for me. He clearly has no morals and neither does his family. I will be reporting him to the DOT and filing a lawsuit against him and his family. I would hate to see something like this happen to someone else. Not only is he costing me thousands for his negligence, he endangered my safety. These last few days have been an absolute nightmare for me. Of course they don’t want to refund any portion of what I paid for repairs and are now not answering text messages. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this class act bunch.

TOOK MY FRIENDS CAR THERE IN AUGUST. HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE PROBLEM. WHEN I TRIED SUGGESTING IT TO HIM, HE INTERRUPTED ME AND TOLD ME...NOW YOU SOUND LIKE MY MOTHER. I HAVE A FRIEND OF A FRIEND OF A FRIEND WHO SAYS... THEN HE TELLS ME NOT TO TELL HIM HOW TO DO HIS JOB. AT THAT POINT, I SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN OUT OF HIS GARAGE. INSTEAD I GAVE HIM A CHANCE. 3 DAYS LATER AND $350 LATER, I HAD A NEW ALTANATOR IN THE CAR. HE SAYS HE THINKS IT SHOULD WORK! THE NEXT TIME WE TRIED USING THE AC, SAME THING HAPPENED. COMPLETELY DEAD BATTERY AFTER SITTING A FEW HOURS. TURNS OUT IT WAS THE $25 AC RELAY THAT I HAD TRIED SUGGESTING TO HIM. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN GIVE HIM MY BUSINESS, NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. BAD BUSINESS. BAD ATTITUDE.

While getting gas at Mutual, I noticed that the repair shop was open. I enjoyed meeting Jeff, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with the repair and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. I plan to return with future business.

Went in for an oil change, brakes, and I explained that I could hear some sort of noise every time I went over a bump. It was done that day and he fixed everything - no hassles and I couldnt be the price. I bring both my cars there whenever they need something
