I used them in May and spent over $600.00 in flowers for my Mom funeral service. Flowers arrived late but were pretty. But it was only 1 day you get to enjoy them. So come August I order a Birthday arrangement for my Dad 77th Birthday. To be delivered to his home. Spent $90.00 for the arrangement and within 3 days the flowers were dieing. Sad wont use them again. Flowers might be pretty but if they are dieing they arent worth it. Find another shop.

Ive been working with this shop for the past 3 years. All staff members are incredibly nice and have a great eye ! The latest project: send some flowers to my boss. I am out of state, so they took my order over the phone.I just told them my budget and that was it! Granted, they know my boss and know what she likes, but I never have to second guess their capabilities. Jim designed the beautiful flower arrangement. Manny delivered (with a warm smile). They always add their personal touch. This is the only photo I have, but you can see they added a birds nest on the right branches! More than a regular, stereotypical flower arrangement 😍Love you all!

Valentines was my first time here. The flower shop is a beautiful collection of antiques and flowers. From the first hello to your goodbye you felt as if you were home. I believe Julie was the one that helped me. I recommend this flower shop 100% Ill be back soon.

Went in last minute to get flowers for a birthday. Asked for a half dozen roses and they were beautiful. Roses looked amazing and full of other little flowers with a bow and all kinds of accents. Highly recommend.

I contacted them over a month ago to do a monthly delivery at a cemetery for a year. I later found out that the cemetery may not allow fresh flowers but they said they were going to find out for sure and that if they didn’t allow it, they could so silk flowers and they would text me a picture of the arrangement. I was happy to hear that. I called today since I never got a picture and this order was supposed to be for every 30th of the month and Jim said he forgot to call me to let me know they didn’t allow the fresh flowers. I asked him if he did a silk flower bouquet as he suggested and he said he didn’t. He also added that my account was not charged. I could care less about that. I trusted them to do a job and they totally dropped the ball. I’m super upset as this was very important to me and all he could say was he forgot to call me. Won’t be ordering from them ever again!

I was a bit nervous thinking I was ordering flowers too late since my aunts birthday was the next day. He informed me that not only could he guarantee delivery the next day, but that he would redeliver the flowers himself later if she wasnt home. I ordered a bouquet for my sister today and SPECIFICALLY asked for a colorful bouquet with carnations. Rainbow colors. What my sister received was a bouquet that looked like a 5 year-old arranged. All white flowers with violets and greenery. So much white. No color. I am devastated. How disappointing I spent over $80 on this hideous arrangement. What part of rainbow colors was not understood? Zero stars. So so very disappointing. A. Durning

Worst florist in the area! They will not give you what you order! They will decide what and when is good for them ! Try another florist this one needs to sell their business to someone who actually cares about customers and the service they are providing !

I ordered Sunday, for delivery Monday. My mom lives in Cali...I live in the Midwest and I didnt get to see the arrangement...she doesnt Facebook or anything, but she said the arrangement was beautiful and she was very happy. They also delivered the flowers very quickly in the late morning. I ordered right through the store website, and navigation was very easy. I was in town for a short time to visit my father at the V.A. cemetery in riverside and to say hi some family members. I didnt know where to go for flowers and i was on a budget so i looked up local florists and chose Loma Linda Florist based on their reviews. Without a doubt it was the best choice i could have made. Their shop was vibrant and welcoming and i was immediately greeted by friendly staff. She listened to what i was looking for and took into consideration that i was on a budget. When my flowers were ready they were absolutely beautiful. It was truly a great experience and i recommend their services to everyone.

Worst customer service ever! I was getting cut off when speaking. I was told that they were slammed for delivery and I would have to pick what they already had in the cooler if I wanted any flowers for todays delivery, Which was no problem. when I told her I was looking at The Love of flowers bouquet she told me Im trying to tell you I cant do that I was trying to let her know that if she had something similar to that I would take it but again I couldnt get a word in.

They give good service friendly and very helpful. The designer Julie knows her stuff will be back when we need flowers again.

I Love Loma Linda Florist, They are the only florist I go to, because their always on time with my deliveries.

Stopped by to check out wedding flowers. Was invited to look at book and told that there would be a consultation of $75.00 and then she went back to rhe back someplace. Will not be choosing their services. Not friendly and poor service. Their flower must be reallt expensive and people probably dont choose them hence the fee for a consult .

The loss of stars are due to a rude person who called me on a Friday to pick up my flowers or not get them even though it was clearly written I would be there Saturday morning. And she does not even hang up before she yells to someone regarding my order.

Ive been using these guys for years and they always come through no matter how busy they are.

I have been calling them for over an hour and they will not answer. I let it ring and then it hangs up. I call back since it is in the delivery area of the hospital. Quite annoying.
