I enjoy visiting this store. They have a juice bar, great variety of natural supplements, vegan bakery treats, fresh bread! Yum! Hidden gem! Staff seems nice havent really interacted with them much.

They have a wide variety of foods and supplements to build a strong, healthy body, and a wide variety of foods to supplement your current high sugar and high fat diet. Its your choice!

All the vegetarian and Vegan foods you can imagine including bulk grains, flours and legumes. Friendly and helpful staff. Ive shopped there since the mid-sixties.

Been in nursing school for a year now and haven’t had any issues with staff or products. Very friendly staff and comp tech is willing to answer any questions I have and help me to understand what I am buying. Enjoy having a great resource like this one during the stressful nursing school times!!

There is a lot of stuff to see, Ive been here about 8 times, small supply section. Only sell Macs. Mostly a lot of school clothes, hats, accessories. The service is not good at all, either get attitude, get rushed when asking a question, or look at you with a face that says, are you done yet. Not very welcoming. Ive been helped 4 times by a tall, skinny, black girl and she has been very unwelcoming; looks upset all the time. Looks like shes in charge... Sad.

This book store is awesome. Great selection, friendly employees, and a great little cafe with espresso drinks, freaky-baked organic pastries and freshly prepared vegetable rolls and other food offerings.

You will be glad you stopped in. You may be surprised by all the choices.Remember buy local. You will be glad you did.

I would give this place in 11 if it would let me. you cant believe the natural foods and inventory here. any time Im within 100 miles I make a trip out of my way to come here and stock up lots of good organic products you cant get anywhere else. Workers and management are friendly

I came to this store to buy earphones that would connect with my macbook. The campus store promotes itself as an “apple store” so naturallyI would assume they know apple products. I was directed to purchase earbuds from a customer service rep when I asked if they would connect with my MacBook I was told yes. I purchased them and they didn’t connect. I came less than 7 days to make a return/exchange and the manager of the apple section told me I couldn’t I return my earphones with a Barnes and Nobles receipt. I said this is the receipt I was given with my purchase and the return policy for electronics clearly states I can make returns within 14 days if unopened and exchanges if opened. I had opened the package thinking they would connect but it didn’t so I asked for an exchange as it clearly states on the receipt.He told me that his “apple store” which really isn’t an apple store gives out Barnes and nobles receipts that don’t apply to Apple products. I asked himWhy they are giving our receipts that don’t reflectPolicies of the product they are selling? He stated very rudely “ the receipt would Be too long to reflectBoth apple policies and Barnes and nobles and that it was my personal responsibility to know the rerun/change policy.”I asked him “Why don’t you state this to customers when purchasing apple products, so they know they can’t exchange if they open it and it doesn’t work?” He stated “it would take too long to tell Customers that and most people Don’t want to hear that”Very poor excuses from a manager!!!I stated I have been buying apple Products for years and have never been treated this way.The store itself does not state anywhere written about the return/exchange policy and we are Given fake receipts that have incorrect information about the rights of a consumer to return/exchange products that do not work. This product was never used and still in original packaging. It should of qualified for an exchange.Summary: this apple store is not a real apple store and is rented through Barnes and nobles. If you want real apple customer service which is not rude,Defensive and manipulative then you are better off at a retailer.I have never written a bad review like this before but my experience with this store was terrible. I wanted to make sure others didn’t buy expensive apple products from a store that doesn’t help customers, or want to educate customers on making informed decisions about the expensive products they are purchasing and not having the same Return/exchange policies as real Apple product retailers.

Friendly people and good service

Arrogant female blk. manager when u go pick up uniforms and she acts like she is glued to the chair n does not have to answer any questions n take what is there. 2 diferent occasions acted like she provides a charity service to customers. Poor customer service. But super nice ppl, helpful n friendly on the apparel and check out side.

I went the Loma Linda computer store next to Loma Linda ranch market to inquire about pricing on RAM upgrades for my mid 2010 model MacBook (currently at 4 GB of RAM) the man at the front desk seriously laughed in my face and told me that my computer is not upgradeable and that I shouldnt​ even bother... impling my computer was pretty much useless.I politely told him he was incorrect and it was possible to go as much as 8 GB of RAM or more, he then goes online to see what Im talking about and to his surprise he finds my information to be true. He then goes through his ram chips but doesnt have the compatible chips for the MacBook. By this time Ive already lost total confidence in him and will definitely not gave him my business.And if someone from the store reads my review please note that, not everyone needs or wants to replace/upgrade old tech. Im sure as a business it would be awesome if every customer buys a new $1000+ MacBook Pro but I am not that customer, I dont buy tech just replaced it in 11 months,I dont have the mindset to keep buying the same iterations year after year...although thats what corporations would like for me to do.Its very disappointing to see this stores computer rep mock my 7 year old computer thats working very well other than having a bit of a lag issue due to age and usage, but suggesting I should just trash it and buy the new upgrade is just offensive and complete nonsense to me. I guess repair stores are a thing of the past...I will make sure to mark this store off from any future repairs and or new purchases.

Do not buy your books or medical equipment here unless you religiously keep all your receipts. I tried returning a book with no success.Many places can trace the purchase with the credit card you use to make the buy---does LLU campus store do this? NOPE. Very unhappy since I now own a book which I do not need.PS. The prices are also on the expensive side.

Black manager is extremely rude doesn’t talk or ask if you need help you will wait at the register until she is done with whatever she is doing and get greeted with a huff and puff like you are bothering her they should really consider hiring someone else made me and fellow students feel very uncomfortable and unwanted business do not dare show your student card for a discount cause he will get another huff and puff very rude no manners Loma Linda should defentily look into this matter we will not be back
