Best starbucks location. Joseph is a great manager and all the staff are nice and professional. Love this store.

This Starbucks in Loma Linda shopping complex is the best Starbucks in my opinion. They always get my name and order correctly. Parking has never been an issue, because the Starbucks is located in a shopping complex, together with Chase bank, Walmart neighborhood market, McDonald, and other other eating places. From a few times visiting this branch, I never had to wait for a long time for my order. Its a great service and staffing, considering that they are getting a lot of order from Loma Linda students, staffs, and others.

Went by today and got a frapp was disappointed with it. It was very watery looks like they ran out of whip cream and hardly had any caramel. The worker who made the drink was more concerned about talking to her friend then making the quality coffee we customers expect from Starbucks .

Well normally when they make a mistake on my drink size they make it right. Although I said I wanted vente and they made me grande size drinks. Normally they would just let the price go but not this one. Then it took them 10mins to make my drink. Im not very please with them

Ordered the usual. Not many people in the store at the time. Received order. None of the usual sugars, creamers, or stir sticks available. Asked person making my drink if I could have a couple sugars and a stir stick. He politely obliged then handed me my stir stick with his bare hands. Hmmm! Usual Starbucks experience

Excellent service at this Starbucks. Every one had a good attitude and fast service. My drink came out delicious. The only issue I had at this location is that it’s no where to sit. It’s extremely crowded and it’s feel uncomfortable even standing. But the service was great!!!!

Ok this time; but because it doesnt have a drive-up window this facility can very crowded. The products are good. Finish of the various drink seems to be subject to interpretation like many other Starbucks

A typical Starbucks. Location has great service and the drinks are always good. This is in a perfect location off of Barton for those who would like to hang out during lunch or after work. There is seating outside and inside for your convenience.

No drive-thru at this location and not too many outlets spread out throughout the inside of the store; youll have to sit at specific tables or at the comfy chairs if you wanna charge your laptop or something.Beyond that, this is a comfy location with two unisex single-user restrooms, indoor and outdoor seating, and really friendly staff.Its also usually quiet, since theres a lot of university students studying here.Besides being quite friendly, the staff here are quick, efficient, and accommodating, and they always seem to have smiles on their faces, even during hectic rush hours. Thats why I have no problem giving this place what it deserves: 5 stars.

Nice atmosphere for students, but okay coffee. There are no outlets on the west most wall which is difficult if you prefer the high tables. The outside is nice and spacious, lots of foot traffic.

I travel a bit so I see Starbucks all over the country. They have a consistently solid product. This particular Starbucks has the slowest service I have ever seen. The person in front of me ordered two drinks and it still took them 10 minutes to pour hot water for tea and hand me a cold scone.

The staff are the most friendlier compared to other Starbucks, nice environment.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I come here quite often and the service is always spectacular! My orders are always correct, they are very fast, and super polite/friendly always!

Great outside seating but the seating inside is not so great as they have too many high top tables which are horribly uncomfortable. Regular seating is limited and unnecessary space taken up by 2 couch chairs. Service is fairly slow.If you want great outside seating then come here but if you want better inside seating then go to the location down the street off California st.

This is the best starbucks location in Loma Linda, the staff is friendly and do the best job preparing the coffee. The only drawback is no drive through, and the parking lot is busy during peak times. Mobile order ahead, and you are golden.

Tried to get a brewed coffee which needs no preparation. Racist girl in glasses took my money and let me stand there for 20 minutes. I ask wat is up they say they dont have any and gave me my money back . they need to be shut down.

One of my favorite places to relax and I always find variety.

Although there’s not a drive-through, the customer service this store provides keeps bringing me back every morning. Never had a problem with my order and my mobile orders are always ready when I arrive.

The staff was extremely rude. My wife and I went here to work for the day, had multiple drinks and food, but yet the staff still tried to push us out so the regulars could use our table to study at. If you were working there and not in scrubs they treated you like crap!

I ordered for my friend and since I dont drink coffee I didnt know all the lingo and felt wierd. Haha the cashier was super nice and asked if I wanted a drink as well since it was my first time. I didnt get one but she was really nice and my friend said her drink was perfect!

Getting side eye from a barista, when I was told one of my items arent finished yet, out of the 4 items i got. & they took my mobile order but it was never entered. Not coming back again

I was initially going to give this Starbucks 2 stars because unlike 90% customers who came in after me I was not greeted welcome!. In fact I stood in line about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged and told that someone would be with me. I ended up giving this Starbucks location three stars instead of two because the person who DID helped me, did so with a smile. Although I dont think she gave me medium roast like I asked for. Medium, according to another location said it was an even blend of flavor and caffeine. This however tasted like the stronger roast which is darker in look and flavor. Anyway the three stars is also because before I left another customer walked in right before I left and as I purposely stood there to see if she would be greeted, she was not. So I guess the greeter was just distastefully unaware of her customers entering. So sad because I will not visit that location again.

Had previously put a 2 Star down for this Starbucks, but the issues have been resolved and so I also reevaluate the rating to a 4 Star. Good steady flow of people, decent atmosphere, regular starbucks coffee.

Not for nothing but this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to 😱 also there is a barista here that....if I had a dollar for the amount of times I’ve heard her say “sorry” to customers.... I’d be rich.

Absolute slowest Starbucks. No matter which morning I give them a chance, or who is working, they still require 10 minutes to produce any order, whether in store, or mobile order. And when it is a mobile order, they call out your name softly and dont bother to see if anyone answers. Just today, I came in, asked for my mobile order, and she said they hadnt started it yet. Then, when they finally finished it, 10 minutes later, she said my name softly, and put the coffee on the back counter without checking to see if I was still there or if anyone answered. So I had to wait another couple minutes to get their attention to give me the order. So disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of the staff here, working very slow, and chatting with each other instead of focusing on the guests.

First time at this location waited over 15 minutes, no type of waiting order!!! Used the restroom & its VERY filthy... mirror on the ground, no soap to wash your hands, and the staff looks like they just rolled out of bed, does any one groom themselves, sorry when ur waiting so long you start analyzing things you hardly noticed if u are in and out!

Drink was good but they are pretty slow but did have a big mobile order while I was there waiting so that may have been why.

The pastry display case looked like Christmas - and with empathetic great guest customer service me and my family will like to be at starbucks every morning as we wake up with the Christmas spirit and especially The Christmas blend !!!!! - along time ago i couldnt get enough of the original Cinnamon nut bundt cake - I used to work at the one on Floral and Atlantic Blvd - Monterey park !!! I had the time of my life with these quality Baristas whom I used to work with such a variety of friends who respected each other music decisions - AN OUTSTANDING ORDER GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND !

I normally come in weekday mornings to study. Make sure to arrive before 6 am to be guaranteed a seat. Comfortable setting, and the baristas are very respectful.

I visited location on California off Barton Rd. We ordered mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes panini, which the store could not eat up. Because the toaster oven was not working. Suggestions: why not have 2 toaster ovens (1 as a backup). We were surprised to see no line at drive thru; then we discovered why. We purchased the paninis anyway and went to the Starbucks at Barton Road off Mtn View and asked if they could warm them. You say, why didnt you just but them there? I say, because this panini is so good, that sometimes it is sold out! And yes, this Starbucks was very accommodating. Warm panini always delicious!

Ordered a double shot expresso w/coconut milk. Cup is half full.Service is not good. I was questioned re: Why more coconut milk.I explained and showed the worker my half full cup. He explained that he could not fill it.So I asked for ice. I also explained that I did not want it Filled. But darn, ...the customer is right!BTW... Romy allowed me to use his computer. (cdbs)

People tweek their starbucks drinks all the time and ask for special request.. I have found a cost efficient way to get my drink of choice and have had no problem requesting this from several Starbucks in the area....the baristas never once have given me a hard time until I came to this location....I simply order a double shot of espresso in a veni cup filled with ice with soymilk and 2 pumps of SF vanilla syrup....comes out to $2.85 or something like that....she tried to charge me $5.55 for a vanilla latte which isnt what I ordered...if I wanted a vanilla latte I would have said vanilla latte....I am accustomed to this drink and its been my go-to for MONTHS now....how could I be steadily ordering this drink if it were a problem?? Smh so so disappointed in the customer service at this location...will not be returning!

The worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I ordered a coffee, tea and a shired egg at the drive thru. I ended up with one coffee and two egg and sausage sandwiches. It will be a long time before I go to this one again.
