We have been using Next Up for several years now. My daughter bought her first phone here, with her own money, and Mike was so cool to work with and negotiate a deal with her! Fast forward several years and many phones and repairs later, and that same daughters phone got broken in a car accident. A+ customer service! I went in to see if they could fix my Nexus 6 screen (LCD fracture) and Mike explained to me that the repair would be more expensive than the phone is worth. He spent time with me trying to come up with a solution for my unique situation as my service is through Google Fi which has very limited phone options. Even though it became obvious early on into our conversation that I wouldnt really be able to use their services or make a purchase through them, he was more than happy to help me understand my options when he could have easily sold me on a costly repair or let me purchase a phone that wouldnt have worked well with my network.

Worst Service around wasted my time twiceHad them replace a screen on an iPhone 5s3-4 days with out phone picked it up wouldn’t work correctly took it back 3-4 days later picked it up & when we got home noticed the screen was cracked by the home button. Called a day later & they wouldn’t warranty there screen or work so I went to a real service companyTricked out in the mall . Cost more however they fixed it in front of me & informed me next up cellar ruined the proximity sensor .I would never recommend going there for anything & the owner try’s to cover up his stores incompetence by saying we’ll work it out or call me & Ill take care of it ....Then the side step comes they don’t warranty there screens even if they break them ..go somewhere else ! !

I took my iPhone in to get my broken screen fixed. It took me two days to get it in as well as six hours of leaving it at the store. After getting my phone back it had several problems that it never had before. The home button, the screen blacked out at least twenty times a day, it froze all of the time, the camera was blurry to an extreme, the list went on and on. after several calls to the store I finally gave up. Then the first time I dropped it, my screen completely fell out. Luckily I took it somewhere else today, got a new screen and no longer have any of the strange problems that I had before. I also found out that the tempered glass screen that I had paid for had an outer edge that was actually plastic (which is probably why my screen cracked in the first place) I would not recommend this place to anyone.
