Went in because my phone speaker wasnt working. They said they would first try to clean it and if that didnt help they could replace it for a very reasonable price. I took it in expecting to have to pay for a new part but they were able to clean it and it was back to new! Best part was it was free of charge. Definitely very impressed and will be a returning customer.

Awesome service! They were very friendly and knowledgable! They fixed my mom’s phone and mine wasn’t worth repairing but they were able to help me purchase a refurbished phone at a fair price! They had me all hooked up and ready to go by the time I walked out the door! I highly recommend them!

I unplug my iPhone while it was updating software and it went black. Took it to AT&T and they could do nothing to help me. They offered to sell me a new phone. They also said I could take it to Fixit Mobile and they might be able to help me. The young man who helped me was so pleasant and helpful. He thought he could get the phone working, but if he could not, he would reset it for me. My worst nightmare to lose all my information. I do back it up, but you never know. It was going to take about 20 minutes. I left the phone there and returned only to find my phone ready to go. I will defiantly go back when I need help. I would highly recommend this company.

Went in and dropped $110 on replacing my screen, dude told me how amazing it would be and would not regret working with them. Got the phone back and the colors were all different from what I was used to but was like, oh well thats what you get for dropping your phone. 2 weeks later I drop it once, with the case on from outside of my pocket and the screen shattered. I had dropped my phone up to getting a new screen all the time and the screen never broke. I dropped this one once and it was done for. No warranty or coverage on your screen after you drop it. The kid in front of me in line when I was there paid the 200 to get his phone waterproofed. Evidently he must have went swimming with it or something because they told him it was water proof so thats why he went. He got out from swimming and his phone went black. She told him sorry but she couldnt fix it and that he would have to buy a new phone... So when they say waterproof... it must not really be water proof and the screens they use are nowhere near the quality you will get from apple. All in all Im just going to buy a new phone.... Thanks iQue i gave you a shot but you air balled.

This place is absolutely incredible! My phone was completely ruined and I was desperate to buy a new one. They stayed after closing to get me the phone I wanted and transferred the data over for me. They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Their screen protectors and waterproofing are the real deal. All in all, good products, nice store, and AMAZING customer service. Id recommend this to anyone and will definitely come back in the future! The stars are well earned!

Ive come here for a few fixes. Once I got my rear camera lens repaired for only 80$. I went home and found the lens to be defective and they replaced it free of charge. Yesterday I went because my iPhone glitched during an update. They rebooted my phone and did it all free of charge. Service is awesome!

AT&T sent me over after I dropped my phone on a stone at work. Even with a screen protector my screen completely shattered behind it. They were extremely nice and helpful and I was able to get my phone back the same day. Ive already recommended them to my roommates and my friends. Its SO much cheaper than replacing your phone.

Took my phone to them yesterday because it would turn on. I was thinking I needed a new battery. Jake said that he would call when the diagnostics was done. He didnt call so I got off work about 20 minutes early and went in there just as he was suppose to close. He said that my phone was still apart but that he couldnt find anything wrong. He also said that he would call me tomorrow. I was on my way home when he called and said my phone was working fine and I could come get it. I asked him what I owed and he said nothing due to the fact that he didnt use any parts. I went and picked up my phone after closing hours. Still have no idea what was wrong with my phone but if I have any other issues I know where Im taking it. Ique repair. They are amazing.

Jake was very friendly and helpful. Although it took longer than expected, because he had to go to Layton, he delivered my phone same day as promised. I spent a little more than other repair places. I am hoping the products I purchased hold up better than the previously replaced screen from Batteries + Bulbs.

They fixed my phone like new! The only thing I could possibly complain about was how long it took. However, I have a custom color S 7 Edge and the part is what took the most time to come in. Their service was friendly and knowledgeable, and so so nice. I will definitely come here again!

My phone wouldnt connect to my mobile network and T-mobile wasnt able to help me. They told me I had to replace my phone but I Que was able to clean the connections for my Sim card port and it works great now. When I asked what I owe them I was told no charge, all I did was clean up your connections. Thank you so much for great service!

I went to Fixit after going to Expercom, and Spencer helped me out so much! It was way personalized and he saved me a lot of money. He did his best to help ME out instead of just trying to sell me something expensive. Definitely will be going back if I need anything else.

The IQ store I visited was clean on the inside and out. I enjoyed the friendly environment and hospitality of the employees. They did there best to fix a phone that I would say is a lost cause. Unfortunately the phone never did work and i decided to buy a new phone rather than have them replace it, though they gladely would have.

Its seems a little bit pricey at first but if you look at other places for repair its actually a pretty good deal and so far seems to be well worth it. They give you a good warranty to make sure that they have repaired it to the best of their ability and the guy who repaired my phone was actually really sweet and gave my a free phone case and a charger. Definitely would go back again. Better to have the phone repaired than buying a replacement in my opinion.

I love this place. I go here everytime. They have good deals, nice people, and only take around an hour or 2 to fix it. Some places charge like $150 for a cracked screen and take 3-5 days. I just paid $116 for a cracked screen on my iPhone 6S and it only took an hour. PLUS their one year warranty is awesome. Highly suggest it if youre someone who drops your phone as much as I do 😅

I took my phone in to get waterproofed and they hooked me up with the whole package and gave me a great deal on a year insurance/warranty!My friend got his waterproofed then damaged it and they were so helpful and worked so hard on the phone. When they couldnt fix it they offered so many options to me. My friend decided to get a new phone through his carriers insurance. Took the phone back in and they transferred the care to his new phone. Included waterproofing, tempered glass and a new case for $30.00. Great service. I took my phone there to be looked at. The store across the street told me there was nothing they could do and instead tried to sell me a new phone from Apple. These guys were able to fix it.

Great customer service. I had a broke screen on my phone. They had replacements in stock. Didnt have to wait long to get my phone back and its good as new. They had great warranty programs so I signed up while there. I didnt wait in the store but I was impressed how they had a kid zone for people waiting with children. Impressive service, experience, people skills but primarily the knowledge and ability to fix cell phones made our 2 experiences with iQue a pleasure! Big family,lots of tablets and iPhones combined with our son with autism’s desire to explore every app and setting has caused us lots of grief and money for over 20 years! But now we feel confident in the realization that almost every problem can be fixed, usually with a recycled frame etc. Plus they offer a warranty program the is unbelievable - it even covers loss and water damage (2 of our biggest issues). Please try them out! Why buy a new phone when a new part in the right hands can fix it for $20!

We thought we were going to have to buy a new phone, when Verizon kindly directed us to iQue in Logan! Within 2 hours they had replaced the battery for under 80 dollars and the phone is just like new! We were so impressed that the very next day, when our I-Pad would not charge, we took it directly to iQue again, and in a few hours they called and told us it was merely a faulty charger, and didnt charge us a penny! The worst fear you have when your phone needs repair is that the shop will need to keep it for a day or two to accomplish the repair. Who can be without their phone for that long? I brought my phone into iQue to fix a serious problem and they had it repaired in a half an hour. In addition, they were very friendly and accommodating and they even gave me a super deal on a new screen saver. I will certainly go there first with any future computer or cell phone repair needs.

My daughter recently shattered the screen on her iPad and we took it in today to get it repaired. It took less than 2 hours and they even fixed an issue with the charging port that they didn’t charge me for. Very nice and knowledgeable guys. I will definitely be bringing in the rest of our devices in for some tempered glass screens and any issues or disasters in the future will for sure be handled by iQue.

I brought my phone in today after a terrible pedicure accident where my phone dropped in the water. Luckily I had my phone waterproofed before the incident. I followed the instructions the gentlemen said and brought it in right away. When I walked in Jake was right there to greet me and immediately started working on my phone to get it working again. His customer service was AMAZING!!! He made me feel at ease and was happy to answer all my questions. Definitely will recommend people to get their phones fixed there.
