My daughter who is a student at USU purchased a phone from this store. The person who sold her the phone told her she had to buy insurance on the phone, at least for the first day and then she could cancel it. I have asked around and that is not true. I figure they wanted the bonus for selling an unneeded service.Anyhow, she forgot to cancel the insurance. A few days later our service was suspended. We use auto pay and since it bumped up the monthly bill the auto pay didn’t cover it and it cost me another $15 to get out service back. Nobody seemed to be able to fix the issue.

Been a cricket customer 8 years. Never missed a payment in that time. I got a notification that my auto pay was going to expire. I updated my auto pay within 24 hours of receiving that notification. One day my phone was shut off and I didnt know why so I called the 800 number and they said that the payment never went through. I never received any notification that my payment did not go through and it immediately terminated my service at midnight the day after the due date. I ended up having to pay a reactivation fee and a late fee So I decided to go into the cricket store to talk to them about it and explain my situation. They told me that there was nothing that they could do. They told me that I should be more on top of my finances. I explained that I had been a customer for 8 years and that I had never been late on a payment and I felt like it was a problem with the auto pay system on their end. They were unwilling to work with me and they told me that since I missed the payment my bill was going to go up $15 a month because I was late. They would not waive any fees and I said that I wanted to cancel but they said that if I was to cancel that day that I would still be responsible for the rest of the month. There is a reason that this company is cheap. The service is despicable. They are extremely nice to you when they are trying to sell you something or upgrade you, or sell you phone accessories, But if you need any other type of customer service they are very rude and not understanding at all. I had 4 lines with them and they lost them all. I have since gone to T-Mobile and have had nothing but great customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go to this company.

During my time here each employee present was verbally greeting each and every customer that walked into the store and was also given a smile. Veronica helped me through my port process when i was having difficulties getting things taken care of on my end. She pushed through my frustrations with me and got the port done and working correctly! The staff there are knowledgeable and understanding.The store is bright, colorful and even though it may be small it has what you need to get going in the mobile world. Other stores have simply said, have a nice day, but as i was walking out the manager himself called me by my name and to have a good night. To me this store stands out from the crowd and not from their prices, but by their customer service and what it means. One word comes to mind and that is IMPACT! Waited and waited and waited for the ONE person in the store to help us. Our account is grandfathered, meaning if we buy a new phone, it wont affect our bill. When we went to pay for our new phone, it took our bill up $40 per month. After 1 1/2 hours of being in the store, the guy said hed work on fixing the problem and call us. We never heard back from him. NOT happy!

The employees here are always very friendly, and treat you like an actual person and not just another customer. The store manager is very knowledgeable and helpful, and never makes me feel rushed when he is helping me. Terrific customer service!

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I asked a plethora of questions and never once did they show irritation, even when some of them may have been redundant. They were helpful with transferring our numbers, setting up a new phone, and gave us a great deal on accessories. I highly recommend this store.

We really like our Cricket plan. We pretty much cut our cell phone bill in half when we switched to them and they keep giving us free data upgrades. We started at 3 GB per line and are now up to 6GB per line at no extra cost. We also got great help in store.

Spent an hour here and got awful service, they accidentally gave me my dads number and turned off his phone, which he was using for work.Upon returning to the store to receive help, and hopefully reverse the issue, they tried to charge us for the mistake they made and refused to give us any information on when the manager would be in or if we could even talk to him. Im very upset, and if they have two people working the store who are basically new (at least it seemed like it) they should really have some kind of supervisor.

I like going to this place because even though they have a big turn over rate because of the college atmosphere town its located in. The reps there do their best to help you and even go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. The manager is very helpful, knowledgeable and many customers like to visit him at random times just to say Hi plus he understands customers needs and works creative solutions to customer concerns. The phones have great discounts with porting in a number from another carrier. Also, there may be a wait time that people grow impatient with, something that needs to be understood is that stopping by a cellphone place is not like stopping by the supermarket to buy groceries. Technology is complicated and it takes time to figure solutions. So overall cricket wireless is a good place to be part of as a customer. But fair warning, if you see even 1 customer in front of you, better bring a snack, pizza or coloring books for the kids or yourself, because we all unfortunately have to wait in this life. But one thing to realize is that 8 out of 10 times, it is worth the wait. Plus waiting to pay a bill, could be taken care of by having automatic bill payment only if there is one person on the account. Only if.

I had such a great experience coming here. I was in need of a new phone and the team was able to help me decide on a perfect phone that fit my everyday needs. They are nice, fast, reliable, and caring. They even gave me a great price on the accessories! Its such a great place to be at that I even submitted an application in hopes of working there and becoming part of the team!

Make sure your numbers ported over correctly before you leave. They made me pay a new phone activation fee, new sims card, and my pmt for the month again with no refund of a month of pmt I won’t be using. It was a few days before we used the phone and realizes the phone had the wrong number. As a costumer since cricket came into Logan I’m not that happy with what just went down. Ohhh and I forgot to add the part that I was waiting for them tooo fix the problem for over a hour.

I had a great experience here. The store manager, Claudia Lopez, helped us get switched over. She was so kind and personal. Normally I hate that this kind of thing but she exspained everything so clearly. She even went out of her way to save us money and get us even more cupounds and free accesories. I felt like I made new friends. Really wont hesitate to go back if I had questions or wanted a new phone. Customer service like that just doesnt happen all that offten anymore. Overall couldnt be happier.

Like this place and have been coming here for awhile. Just be aware that when ever cricket decides to add better Gbs or better plan deals for the same price plan you have they wont let you know that you can better your package, for example I was paying $50 for the 5 GB but the plan changed to 8 GB but they didnt just update mine they kept me paying the same amount for less to beware they will hustle you,

I am worried that something is not proper with your satellite. A few times now, when needing to call a doctor, and when a family member was in an accident and including today when Im needing phone service, I am not able to get a signal on my phone in my own home here in Utah. This is not good for business.
