Wow I had rented in this place long time before and it looks so clean and put together now. My Mom was super excited about the new building. Will definitely recommend anyone here especially that they did not get affected with that big storm. Thank you Lily for making this such an easy process with my mom.

Customer service was excellent. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made me feel good about my decision to use life storage. In the office Lodi, Ms Irene was so nice and she has excellent customer service skills. I recommend using this location.

Lilly the store manager was great & I arrived less that 15 minutes to close. She helped me with great customer service. I honestly didnt realize how long it takes to check in & I did my reservation online. And she even took the time to bring me a lock in a completely different building because mine wasnt inside the unit like it was supposed to be. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I came in today for a reservation I made last night for a 5x5 unit! So simple!! Right after making the reservation I got a call from Lily called me to confirm and set up an appointment for the day! When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and I told her what I had to put in the unit and she suggested a bigger unit and I’m so glad she did! My mattress would not have fit in the 5x5! She even walked me up to the unit to show me where it was and make sure the location was good! Great customer service is hard to come by but definitely not with lily you can tell it just came naturally to her !! She was awesome!!

Called on Saturday to inquire about a unit and Sunday was about to see and rent it. Linda was great and she explained everything so clearly. Place nice and clean and secure.

I had to come to this facility to rent the moving vehicle. The manager Lily Agosto was so thorough. She made my experience so easy with such a great deal of knowledge, patience and attention to detail. She even followed up following my drop off to confirm that all the protocol was followed correctly. It’s that type of customer service that makes me a loyal patron.

I used this particular location for its pricing. I am in Florida, so family moved my belongings in.I completely forgot about the payment because I went back home to NY for my sons wedding. Coincidentally around the same time I purchased a new phone because my other phone died.They reached out to me and it was double the price. It was the first month since the contents were moved in. I told the young man about my circumstances and he said I could have the iemwner call you which she did not. I just called to check in and the young man said she said no.Im picking my things up in Nov. ......next trip back and moving them out.

This was my first time working with Life Storage and I would not hesitate to use them again for future storage needs. Lily Agosto and Juan Garcia were pleasant, inviting and beyond accommodating and the service was top notch. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my comfort when my movers were unexpectedly delayed for 3 hours, even offering me a bite while I waited for their arrival. Juan helped me check out with ease after that started out as a stressful day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your storage needs. Moving is never fun, but thanks to Lily and Juan, the process was that much easier.

Ive had my storage unit here for about 5 years now and always felt at home. The manager Juan always made me feel like my stuff was well taken care of and that hed cover any problems Id have. His polite attitude towards every customer and quickness to handle any issues is why I rate this place 5 stars!!

I met the manager named Rob, who said he would be happy to help me. Rob met me at my unit and had my old lock removed in a matter of minutes. The staff here is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your storage needs.

I would have given this location 2 stars if it wasnt for the Manager. The lady who works there is rude and couldnt care less about you. However, Rob makes up for it with his genuine willingness to help you out in any way possible. He made an experience that started out super negative end in me smiling by the time we were done. Well continue using this storage unit for the foreseeable future. Thanks Rob!

We chose this facility because my sister used to use it and told us they give you a free moving truck on moving day.We called three days prior to moving in to confirm that the do in fact offer a free truck for the day you move your stuff in. The gentleman on the phone told my husband that, “yes they do wave the cost of the truck for moving day”When we arrived to pick up the truck we were told the charge would be $40 plus $.89 for each mile!When we spoke to the guys hours later he admitted to setting up the reservation for the truck but denied saying it was free! This is outrageous and unacceptable. The best were offered was the per mile rate waved.Needless to say we are not happy by this blatant dishonesty and unwillingness to stand by the original offer.

Staff is super friendly and service is great. Highly recommend this place.

If youre looking for a safe, reliable storage space with climate control options definitely check these guys out in Lodi. All of the staff go above and beyond. Ive had a unit here for a few years now. Every person Ive came in contact with at this location over the years have been super helpful. Not to mention they have a truck to rent on site which is cheaper then renting from Uhaul or the other guys. Rob has been very helpful over the years and is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend this location and have suggested this place to a few people looking for storage.

I have been renting at this location for over 10 years, when it was originally Lackland Self Storage then Uncle Bobs and now Life Storage. The #1 reason why I have remained at this location is because of their Awesome Store Manager Rob. From Day 1, He has always been honest, helpful and professional in helping you obtain not only an ideal space, but one thats in your budget. He always goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Upper Management, however, if Rob relocates to another facility or location, I will follow him. Rob realizes that a happy customer means longevity as well as referrals and that perhaps Quality is just as important and Quantity!

I went in and had a couple of questions regarding a unit size. Robinson knew all the right questions to ask to determine the size I needed. This facility was well manned with employees and very up kept. I shall return to take the unit.

I have been a lackland/uncle bobs/life storage customer for close to a decade and have been in a few different locations. I use my unit almost daily as it functions as an integral part of for my DJ business. This Lodi location is hands down the best one around. The building and grounds are well kept and there are a few different ways to enter the building which is great. Beyond the logistics of the site its self, the manager Rob, and staff members like Zoe and Christina are friendly, efficient, and do great work. Its rare in this day and age that you get young employees who actually seem to care about their jobs, but these people do. I am very happy storing my stuff here, and love running into the staff as they are out and about doing their thing. If you are looking for a good place to rent a storage unit, look no further. I could not recommend Life Storage Lodi more!

Incredibly unethical and incompetent company. They dont process change of address forms correctly. Rather than reach out if a credit card number changes and thus gets declined, they just turn around and sell your stuff at auction. Do not do business with them by any means, you will be sorry if you do.
