I was there on a Saturday between 2-4 pm. I later learned that they schedule only 1 person during this shift. I felt so sorry for her. Line out the door. Packages and labels everywhere. I’m a frequent shipper to the same address in Tucson. For all other employees, they easily find the address in their computer. She was unable to find it. I had to call home for the address. The line continued to grow behind me. She was out of UPS mailers and had to call someone to find out where a new package of them was in the back. Why not always schedule 2 people? The customer traffic is too much for 1. And definitely don’t schedule a new employee alone. If you live in Lockport, don’t go to this location between 2-4 pm on a Saturday.

I went to the Lockport store on Wednesday the 17th between 2 and 2:30, there were 3 people working. A gentleman, Cameron, who turned out to be the manager waited on me. He was nothing short of wonderful. Seriously, I was unprepared with 2 good sized pkgs that needed more wrapping and didnt have my scan codes pulled up. I was absent minded and this place made my life so much easier that day, if only for a few minutes. Bc thanks to them it only took a minute or so. I wasnt charged for any wrapping. They (Cameron) took care of everything. That was my first time in there and I must say that I will definitely use their services again. Thank you, Cameron, for your help and especially your kindness.

I always get fast and friendly service at this store. Great people. Yes, Ive noticed not all are facemask compliant. However, its still a great location, and I prefer it over other UPS stores. I have a mask, I have gloves, no one is breathing on me. Not wanting to inject on a hot button issue here. I just like the store.

Been going here for the last 2 or 3 months mailing out stuff overnight, nice place, nice employees inside, never had a problem with any of the employees, they give discounts to military personnel and military retirees.

With COVID 19 going on in the world why are the employees behind the counter not wearing a mask or any kind of protection. This wasnt just once. Went there twice over the past two weeks and both times no mask. All the customers where wearing masks. Not cool at all! 😞

One associate was wearing a mask. The other guy, maybe manager or owner, wasn’t. He and a few guys came out of the back, also without masks. Every customer was wearing one.So, even if these guys don’t believe there’s a risk of contracting or spreading Covid 19, it’s pretty disrespectful to paying customers coming in for services who are being careful. Nobody WANTS to wear a mask. They’re a hassle, but show some concern for those of us who are doing our best to remain healthy.

I went to pick up a package I was told it was not there. I asked if I could have it resent to my house so I didnt have to drive back and forth again. The guy there was less than helpful told me to fill out the information when he had all of my information then he told me to do it at home. Then he kept repeating that he doesnt work for ups while Im pointing out every ups logo were at ups. Then I just left completely frustrated.

I have used this site many times for sending packages, faxing and copies. All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. I never go to any other ups store because this one is so nice. Keep up the great work!

I went to this UPS Store to ship a small package to Puerto Rico today, 10/24/17, around 11:30am. The sales girl was very rude and on top of that her young child was running around in the back and kept interrupting our transaction trying to get his mom’s attention. She acted as if I was the issue rather than her disruptive child. She also made a negative comment about what I was shipping to β€œa place with no power” (her words) to the gentleman in line behind me when I needed to step aside to confirm the address. Her commentary was not needed nor ask for. When I got back in line to pay for shipping, she asked me to verify my information on the label was correct. I pointed out she misspelled my home address. She then proceeded to sigh, rub her head as if I’m giving her a headache, and tell me it doesn’t matter. If it doesn’t matter, why ask me to confirm. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed in this young woman’s customer service and will not ever use this store again. Also, as a side note, I was given a price of $89.44 to ship via priority mail and went to the post office and paid $14 for the same package.

I needed to have a document notarized and saw this store on my web search. It was so easy compared to going to the bank and there was no line either. The girl was also super friendly and had me back on my way in less than 5 minutes!

Do not ever use this location they failed to send back a product that I paid to be shipped back to me mind you this was a $1400 exhaust system they delivered to a different company and told me all well heres 200 bucks thats all you get because you didnt insure it but they also fail to tell me that you need insurance think twice before you use this location they are trash and do not help at all to get your money back

Today I brought a small freight pallet to this store and had a terrible experience. I was online quoted a $125 on ups website and proceeded to the store due to difficulty with the website . When I got there the worker was nice and tried to help me, however he said he had to call his boss to get on the freight computer . He did and after telling him I wanted to ship on freight he proceeded to walk away from the counter and whisper to the person on the phone .I heard him say our price is $121 to ship it, he then emerged from the back and said it will be $244. I told him of my online quote price and he said you should ship it that way then . Then I proceeded to tell him I heard you say your price is $121 and you are going to double that? He defensively said that’s what the boss said . I understand a franchise like this needs to make money but this not acceptable behavior.I have shipped things all over the world for work and personally on eBay and kno how prices should be .It’s clear from other reviews this store’s ownership is not customer focused and a bit sketchy. I also will be contacting UPS and letting them know about this . My recommendation is go online, print your labels and avoid this store !

Sent package 10/6/17 & bought $1,000 insurance ($102 to ship). 5 days later 0 tracking info has updated online & Ebay buyer sends nasty feedback and claims Im scamming him. Called UPS Store & the manager Samantha said since a rookie employee took in my package, the owner shook the box and gave it the eye test days later, & decided to open and repackage my item for liability as it was high value. When asked why they did not provide any updated tracking or obtain my permission (they said they were supposed to have made me sign a waiver for permission, but went head & did it anyway due to the junior employee), manager told me the owner has owned this store 20 years, I think he knows what he is doing!. In my opinion this is horrible backwards customer service at BEST. The manager was very defensive and seemed put off and annoyed that I would even be unhappy with & have anxiety over having my high value packaged delayed for days and a completely invalid tracking number, only to find out it had been repackaged by the owner without my permission. Terrible, I would strongly recommend taking your shipping business elsewhere based on this experience!
