Donna was a star player helping me ship my expensive return back to GameStop without worry! I had trouble printing the label at my house and she was able to print it out and have it ready for me when I got there, she also told me about the tracking and policies on items like mine being shipped through FedEx. All in all excellent experience, and very speedy!! Will be back anytime I have to ship something!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had an issue every time I try to ship something here. They do not care about customers, only about getting you out of their store as quick as possible. Thats not even factoring in their extremely slow service times.

The cashier actually answered the phone before telling me she could not scan my package asked me to go shopping if I needed a receipt The absolute worst customer service of any FedEx I’ve ever been to

Arrived at 3:30 and its closed. Sign says will open at 4. Im already made a 40min trip to this place and still need to wait 30 min at a closed gate. Walmart associates helpless at all to drop prepaid FedEx box to this office. So overall bad experience in this place.

Very friendly people work here & very informational.
