Just got my new closet installed. From the design to the installation, Kelly-Ann did an awesome job by using every cubic feet available to design my Elfa closet, gave me a great deal deal (-30% off) and speeded up the installation process.

The staff was nice and they have a good selection of containers and all that. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained and my family likes going there every so often but the prices can be a little bit much sometimes.

This store is great. They have EVERYTHING. Be careful, it’s likely that you will spend lots of money here. The store is clean, new, and well organized.

I was in a haze after working nightshift when I came in for my pickup order. I thought I was coming in a few hours early just to see if it was ready. Apparently in my fog I didnt realize that I came in a day too early!The team on for the morning were very kind and understanding and were able to get my order together in a few minutes. It was some excellent customer service when I (the customer) made a mistake. They made my morning much easier. Thank you.

I was so excited to go there, however the shelves were empty. I was only able to buy a few of the items needed. I had a coupon, but I wasnt aloud to share it with my daughter for her purchase. Only one use!! Not sure it I will be going back??

This is a great store! I redid my closet and Toni was so helpful and knowledgeable. It does get busy and crowded, but she went out of her way (even called me at home) to finish the design. Andrew at the front end was also fantastic and helpful. Great crew!

Great customer service

This Container Store branch opened recently in Livingston NJ. It is large, open, airy and still feels and smells new. The aisles are meticulously maintained and kept clean. The shelving/designer closet showroom area is inspiring. Staff are generally friendly and beyond helpful. Parking is generally not a problem even though it shares the mall with the Shake Shack and Starbucks. The sheer range of items that help organize items is staggering. The store is good about ordering items they dont have in stock at the time you are looking. Very nice store to visit and shop at.

The store is very nice and has almost every storage item you could think of! I wouldve stayed in there for hours more if I wasnt on a time limit. 100% Recommend

I came to this container store to design my elfa closet, since they have one of the bigger closet displays in the area. The container store employees will help you design your space as long as you come in with your measurements (but they also have an in home measuring service). Marilyn designed the perfect closet for me. After removing the doors from my closet, I realized I could use longer shelving, something Marilyn had previously recommended. I called to let them know I wanted to alter the design slightly and spoke with Marilyn directly. She kindly walked me through my options, and in a few minutes, she came up with the perfect solution. When speaking with Marilyn in person and on the phone, she was always kind, accommodating, and patient. I had a great experience here, and they provided excellent customer service.

The container store set out to fulfill a niche in society: to provide containers and organizational units for the people. They not only accomplished that goal, but even extended their convenient and practical products to more modern uses such as electronics. In addition to providing objectively useful products, they also have an easily navigable store and helpful staff. They had aesthetic and useful products for a plethora of situations which i had never even considered before.

I called ahead of time to confirm this store had the item I needed. The employee who answered the phone said he had 13 in stock. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they didnt have any. There were only 3 other customers in the store yet every employee I went to ask for help said they were busy.Now sitting in rush hour traffic for almost 40 minutes going back home.

Found what i was looking for and more. Staff was courteous and helpful. I had to juggle my purchase and two active toddlers. The ladies offered to help me to the car and actually took the items for me. I will be returning there soon for more items and especially to thank those ladies. Customer service was excellent!

The container store is very good at what they do - containers. They also have good value when it comes to larger items.On the other hand their prices for many small items are a rip off. For example the command hooks they sell are more then twice the cost at Home Depot or Amazon.Go for the big items and unique products - but void any commodity goods.

Placed an order for pick up so I could be in and out quickly. When I came in I told the first employee I saw that I was picking up an order. They asked my name then walked away without saying anything. Minutes later someone came with my item and it was wrapped in paper and taped so I didnt see until I got home that the rubber seal was missing from the jar.

I had a great checkout experience with one of the staff members there. She got me set up on the free coupon program and was very friendly. Clean location, great variety (and yes, they do have things other than containers! Think storage solutions, closets...even a nice selection of office supplies and stationary).

Not much in stock. Extremely overpriced even for things like plaim plastic storage bins. Home Depot amd Staples cheaper.

Moved into a new apartment and this place is a dream to organize! Love this store.

Lovely little store with lots of different storage containers and stationary which is my favorite. The bathrooms were extremely clean and modern. The cashier was very friendly and signing up for the rewards program was a breeze using the iPad in the register. They also carry stackers which is a great jewelry box brand.

Poor service...I went to buy some items for my sons toy room on a Friday evening (net slow traffic). There were 2 cashiers and both focused on 1 customer and even helped that customer out to the car versus heping the remaining customers in line. There was no acknowledgment or empathy for the lack of service. When I asked if there was some else to help the remaining customers there was no initiative. As a mom with a toddler holding product to purchase un line it was really discarding that there was no support (especially that it is the weekend of Mothers Day). I would think that the service would be better. I would rather purchase on amazon.

This is a place to go for your storage needs. It has everything in one place and its nicely organized. The store is well-lit me and cleaned. My only complaint is that Ive seen some of these items elsewhere for less money so its a bit pricey. But they do have items Ive never seen elsewhere

Would give 0 stars if i could. we visited bridgewater container store yesterday and we received a 20% college discount from the cashier. we still needed to buy some supplies so we decided to save some time and go to the livingston container store. we were met with disappointment. as we were checking out, we asked for the discount and the cashier said that she didn’t have it and it ended a long time ago. although we explained the cashier at bridgewater gave it to us yesterday without scanning any code, she refused and denied that there was any discount. the website even states that today was the last day of the college promotion. she was rude and lied blatantly to our faces, never returning here. bridgewater is worth the extra 40 minutes.

Expensive. If you have money to waste its cool though. They have absolutely everything and in a way that does make it worth the extra money. I mean they have everything related to storage its pretty cool.

The store is absolutely beautiful and has a variety of items that we needed. It was easy to get to and we found nearly everything that we wanted in todays shopping trip.

I was looking for a specific item and couldnt find it, I asked an employee and just by my description, they showed me where it was and they even climbed a ladder to get more of what I needed.

They have more closet organizers, desks, chairs, and garage organizers than they have containers. I was disappointed to see that it isnt just containers. I wanted a wreath container and they didnt carry it.

Friendly, helpful and efficient..... Cant beat that.
