I had a very positive shopping experience at Mattress Firm in Livingston NJ. The sales associate, Thomas Higgins was very knowledgeable and took more of a consultative approach vs. a hard selling approach which was greatly appreciated. I was able to determine what was the best fit for me quickly and within 72 hours I had my old mattress removed from my house and my new one installed. Would highly recommend this location of Mattress Firm and Thomas Higgins. The In Home Delivery Experience was also top notch. Thank you!

I had a great experience buying from Thomas Higgins here in Oct. 2020. He really knew his products and was patient in answering all my questions (it was my first time buying a mattress). I’d definitely come back the next time I need a mattress, too.[And since this was during covid times, I feel it’s worth mentioning that the store was clean and took all the necessary safety precautions.]

When we got home I had called Bloomingdales to price their sale . Your mattress was actually the same price BUT it was in Norfolk Conn. I am glad we purchased from you. I bought the black beauty rest hybrid. It wrecked my back. If you have back issues and dont like the feeling of sinking in - dont buy it. I bought this during the pandemic and to return it its 20% of your purchase price plus $99. So be very careful. I didnt know about the 20%.

There was a issue with FedEx shipping the sheets that I ordered, and the staff at this location was very quick to look into and fix the issue, which they didnt have to do. I Recommend this location.

Buying a mattress can be a surprisingly tough and confusing process, but Tom at mattress firm was very straight forward and helpful. I shopped many stores and options and Tom was able to give us the best mattress for the best price. Highly recommend.

Mattress delivered fine and service in stroke great. Only.problem was delivery team did not know that the take away of the old was part of the delivery service paid for. So for an extra tip they took it away. Was told in store that delivery set up and removal was all included. They need to better communicate to delivery team, unless just a scan to get an extra tip...
