Shiseido is hands-down the best place to get facials and is definitely my new go to. My daughter and I have gone twice to get facials and our skins appearance has improved greatly after each session. Each time, we left with our skin glowing and unbelievably relaxed. The ladies take their time and prioritize maintaining a clean, calm, relaxing environment (I even found myself dozing off here and there). Loved every second of it and I am so excited to come back for another session!

Purchased a groupon and went there for the first time. Had to wait for 45 mins before I can get the facial and they didnt even had the courtesy to apologize for the inconveniences since they were the one who was late. Didnt feel good about the facial either and had allergic reaction afterwards. called groupon to complain and returned the voucher. Dont think I will ever go there again.

Had a wonderful experience. My skin definitely looks renewed and was very soft to touch. Nice serene environment, very clean the ladies were very nice, will definitely be returning and also found out they do teen treatment so will be bringing my two teenage children.

I came from out of town so I was pleasantly pleased with the service and the kindness and warmth of the folks there. So much so that I sent my sister over there for the same service. Helen is wonderful!

Would never return. I dont think they respect and honor the same quality of service to Groupon purchase. Before I purchase my Groupon for a facial and massage, I called to verify that they had availability for both services and I advised them it will be a Groupon purchase. I was told instead of purchasing it through Groupon, I can pay them when I come in for my scheduled appointment and they will honor the Groupon promo. So, I scheduled my appointments for both 60 minutes facial and 60 minutes massage on the same day. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and waited patiently for my turn. I was given paper work to fill out (usually protocol) My appointment time passed well over 15 minutes. Shortly after that, someone came to the front and told me the appointment before me was running longer than normal. I really didnt mind waiting so I waited about 10 minutes after that. Keep in mind its about 25 minutes passed my appointment. When it was my turn I tried to upgrade my massage to 90mins and was told thats too long. I said okay (while thinking what happened to customer service & its a service you offer), I will just get my 60 minutes facial and 60 minutes massage which is what my appointment is for. I went into the room, she started my facial, someone kept coming in the room speaking loudly to her in their language about 4 times within the hour. She even left in the middle of my session and returned. Then towards the end of my facial, I was told I needed to come back the next day for my massage because its getting late. I told her I couldnt because I had plans, she tried to tell me come after I get off work. Not only was I not relaxed due to the constant movement in the room and loud talking, I cant get my massage when I was here before my scheduled time and had to wait an additional 25 minutes, are you kidding me?! I expressed my dissatisfaction when I got to the front desk and was told, it is getting late and they will be closed before my massage is over. I had enough at that point, I paid for my service and told them I would never return again. But she didnt seem to care. Its okay, I will take my business else where.

I loved the experience- my skin is very sensitive and the products worked. I recommend the 90 minute facial/massage combo.

Excellent Spa for facials. I have horrible hormonal and cystic acne and Amy has helped my skin so much . The service is superb, in addition to the superior knowledge and products .
