Horrible service!! Horrible staff the manager “Kim” refused to have the owner call me or provide the legal company who represent them! They purposely charged me for an appointment I did not confirm I have all the text messages and emails I will be filling a civil lawsuit against them please beware they are scrupulous!

It was my first time getting my lashes done at the lash lounge in Livingston . I had the best experience! DEYRA is amazing! She gave me a volume set and I’m so in love with the results. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in knowing I picked the right place! 10/10 staff is also very friendly, I highly recommend!

Wait I’m confused do people actually think this place is good. I got hybrid here and it didn’t even look like I got my lashes done I went back to get a volume set and it was literally the same and they fall out so quickly. I don’t think they know the difference between hybrid volume and mega volume. But this place isn’t good, you can get a fuller set anywhere else this place isn’t it.

This place is so professional and have treated me like gold! My lashes are gorgeous, my stylist Drury is excellent, she always does a great job. I have only been a client here about two months and they treat me so well and really care about satisfaction. I am beyond impressed.

I had an amazing experience at the lash lounge. Maddie is a true artist. I have long lashes but they needed help. Maddie gave me the most amazing lash lift....I don’t even need mascara or a lash curler anymore. The facility is immaculate, they follow all COVID protocols. I felt very safe and at ease. I would highly recommend Maddie for lash lift or lash extensions, whichever your in the market for...she’s the go to girl!

Wow! I am so impressed. After lash place after lash place, I never got the look I wanted. I stumbled upon The Lash Lounge and messaged them on Instagram. They were accommodating, friendly, and clean. Deyra did my lashes even better than I ever imagined them looking! I’m so happy I found my lash home FINALLY!

Ive gone to several places in the area for a lash lift, but havent been enthusiastic about any of them. i decided to try the lash lounge while i was in the area after reading some positive reviews. i will preface this by saying my lash lift was fine and my lashes look good, though time will tell if the results last. thats the only reason i gave this place 2 stars as opposed to 1. however, i felt compelled to write this review after i experienced a complete lack of customer service that detracted from the results of the service i came here for.the stylist who performed the lash lift (im not going to publicly shame her) barely said 2 words to me despite my best efforts to be friendly. im in healthcare and understand the importance of interpersonal relationships. she didnt confirm the service she was performing or ask me whether or not i had it done before. i cant even remember if she said hi. after she was done, she said youre all set and didnt even offer me a mirror to show me what my lashes looked like. she gave me my aftercare instructions as i was walking away from the table (she clearly forgot) and didnt give me the right ones. ive had a lash lift done time and time again and know youre not supposed to get them wet for 24 hours afterwards - there was no mention of that.on top of that, the other two stylists who were in the salon and didnt have customers were talking loudly in their booths next to me, which were only sectioned off by a curtain, not a door. this detracted from my experience and quite frankly, is unprofessional. to make matters worse, they were not wearing masks, which is inconsiderate and irresponsible to say the least. i will definitely not be coming back.

I had my lashes done by Deyra. She’s a star! I felt cared for in her hands. She’s knowledgeable and full of lash advice. There is professionalism here from start to finish and the girls here are all lovely and pleasant to interact with. The facility is sanitary and you can tell they care for their salon and the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. I’ve gone to other places but I can honestly say that my lash extensions have never felt so comfortable. I don’t even feel them on my eyes. The first day after I got them done I woke up and thought I had left my mascara on the night before when I looked in the mirror (still groggy lol). That’s how comfortable they are! Their products are so luxurious and worth it because they actually work! After checking their Instagram out I chose to do a volume full set and my lashes came out gorgeous! I wake up and I look done—no need for my old eyelash curler or mascara. Just wake up and go. The freedom and time this gave me in the mornings is priceless.

Came in as part of a promotional service. Got a natural hybrid set. It was very pretty after coming out the salon but sadly they all fell off after a week. The technicians that worked on me were very friendly and focused during the whole time. I dont know if Ill be back due to the prices but did open my eyes to lash extensions :)

I get my eyebrows done here sometimes when I can’t get an appointment somewhere. I never thought that they were the best place but I still went because the salon is clean. However, they charged me for an appointment that I never confirmed. It is illegal and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place and agree with the previous comment regarding filing a lawsuit. They must be desperate to get customers for them to start charging people for non confirmed appointments.
