Awesome customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

My visit to the Sherwin Williams in Livermore was actually pretty good. I was able to get the supplies I needed for the project I was doing and also inquire about additional products that I am going to need for some of my future projects. They were pretty informative and were very easy to talk to as well as very forthcoming with other questions I had and they were very honest about what they could and could not do... They seem to be about customer service which I feel is pretty rare now days. They are dedicated to it to the point of if they didnt have it they were willing to direct me to a local competitor. That is also a rarity! In this era of all about me it was good to be on the receiving end of all about the customer! Thank you for your information and your ability to supply me with the products I needed as well as advise me on other products that could also help my projects in the future. I hope this is the norm at this location and will continue to stay this way from here on... Take care guys and again thank you for all your time and effort.

When I arrived at the store, I thought I knew what I wanted. I believe the employee is Steve and he was so helpful helping me pick out, not just the type of paint I needed, but he stepped in to help me with some design suggestions. I ended up going in a totally different direction with regards to color. So glad Steve stepped in, I know I would have been less than pleased had I gone with my original thoughts regarding colors. Great employee!
