Purchase 2 aluminum suitcases from The Luggage Factory. Very good experience. Staff was very friendly. The Manager was very nice, he explained the difference between all suitcases and warranty. Also we received a very good deal. I will be definitely be back.

I bought a travel lock to be able to lock my suitcase while traveling, BUT THE LOCK DOES NOT WORK. I called the store to speak to a manager named JULIO and briefly explained the situation, and he said that’s on me, and he refuses to help me, then he cut me off very rudely, HUNG UP ON ME, and then refused to take my call when I called back. What a joke. I wonder why their reviews are as they are. Unacceptable!

My experience in the store was good,however, the Customer Service I received when 1 piece of luggage had to be ordered was less than stellar. I was supposed to receive it in about a week,however, on the day it was to come, I was informed that the color I wanted had been discontinued and if I still wanted it in black it would be sent with overnight shipping. it ended up taking 3 weeks to receive. Not any of the 3 sales people I had to talk to ever followed up with me on the status- I had to call several times and could not get an acceptable answer as to why it was taking so long, what happened to the overnight shipping and the possibility of a partial refund for my inconvenience. The luggage arrived on Feb 6th and so far no one has called from the store to make sure I received it or addressed the above mentioned issues. I will NEVER go back- it is obvious to me that no one seems to care if I was satisfied only that the item was delivered.

We had a very bad experience at this place.Last night around 8:50 pm we went in the store. Knowing that it was almost closing, I did ask the Caucasian lady and the tall brown skinned man wearing all black if it was still okay to come in and buy.The lady said of course, so we proceeded. As my father was looking and have decided to get the Delsey luggage in Burgundy. The guy was anxiously pacing and was trying to hurry us up. It was exactly 9pm and I even handed him the 300 in cash ( was placed on the counter )I had told the lady to please teach my father how to do the combination lock. As she was showing him how to do it, this guy was murmuring so I said can’t you just wait for a little bit? We already bought but he unfortunately hasn’t gotten the money from the counter. Then he said I was rude and that he would rather ask us to leave. I was with my younger sister and my dad. They were visiting from HongKong and was so shocked at the attitude of the store personnel. This guy is about 6 feet 2 inches in height and his physique can easily intimidate anyone! We were not even rude. I just told him to wait for a little bit. The nerve of him to say “ I’d have to add that up to my report which I have to do over “ WOW! That’s poor customer service right there! He lost a sale of 218+ dollars just because he didn’t want to redo his sales report? We have businesses back home and when customers come in and if it’s not closing time yet, we entertain them because we want our patrons to be given the best service we could ever offer them. He asked us to leave! My father is 70 and slow but he right away gave me the money to pay because we knew that it’s almost closing. I am so concerned about this store personnel, he is just there to get his pay check but apparently don’t care about the sales of the store he is managing. He may have been successful in kicking us out from the store but I sure won’t let this one slide. As a business owner myself and having been raised by a businessman as a father for 48 years, this guy that mans your store is a disgrace to your company! I have seen other stores with customers inside and they still are giving all smiles to their patrons. I am not going to stop until this reaches corporate. I bet you this guy has done so much intimidating and has not been giving stellar service to customers for a long time. He represents your company and with such a big company like yours, you don’t want someone to tarnish your name because this man can bring your business down!

Just bought a suitcase there and it was a huge mistake. I had the most basic questions about the product and a simple exchange when I was going to spend MORE money, but Julio, the manager doesn’t know how to speak to people and is so extremely rude. I first noticed how he was speaking to and dealing with the person ahead of me, so I approached him in a very friendly and polite way, but it didn’t help. He’s rude, condensing, arrogant, and unintelligent. I can’t believe the way he spoke to me. I won’t go back there ever for this reason even though I live locally and my family and I travel constantly. Beware! Rather spend just a few more dollars to get quality products from quality people rather than this garbage. Julio, shame on you. Grow up!

Fake prices, expensive for nothing. I bought a carry-on bag for $99 and found it with almost the half of that price in Amazon and Marshall. Dont be fooled.

My advice is take a look at the price at online before buying, thanks to poor network inside the shop where you can’t access internet..Just take a look around and select the model and compare price online, these guys are over priced, I bought a leather messenger bag Kenneth Cole, it said Orginal price was $400 and discounted price was $199+tax was $218, when I came home and checked the same product in amazon, the price was $78, it’s a day robbery to go to a outlet mall and still pay a premium price...I went and returned the bag and their refund policy is just store credit and no refunds, so you might end up buying another overpriced goods... the store people are very friendly though...

Had the worst experience at this store...the store employee who helped us doesnt deserve to spend another minute doing customer service...he was being rude and snidey with other customers behind their back too......total ass...

We buy a handbag, we pay. And we asked to show us how to use the locking system, it just didnt work. So we asked for the money back, but oddly enough they could not return it to us (house rules). We would have to take another product. Ive never seen it in the USA. In the end we take another one, but in a different color.
