The service at this shop was quite disappointing. The two ladies made fun about our questions, not being helpful nor friendly at all. I’d rather order online than going back to this place.

The store is pretty small but the staff is always open to help. Some though can be lazy and wont check the back for you but just ask around and theres bound to be someone who will check for you.

Worst experience for me, I want to return some items without original receipt, I show them the confirmation email for my order and they told me I must print the email, but the online agent of Kipling told me it’s okay to show the email, confused and angry. Last time to this store.
