This place is awesome! Gotta love the selection and staff

Dont order on the Zwilling website - the colors of the Staub pots are inaccurate. In real life, colors are much, much darker with gradients not depicted in product images. Returns are difficult. This was my first and last time ordering from Zwilling.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got a great price on a zwilling knife and carbon steel fry pan. I’m very pleased.

Walked in thinking I would browse around for my first 8 chef knife and Alex (assistant who went to le cordon bleu) helped me find the perfect knife for my uses and tastes. It was so helpful to test the knives and Im walking out confident I found a knife I can use for life!

Worst user experience on the website.Order confirmed and paid, never received tracking number. Where is my order?

Sign at entrance reads “please wait for associate, store at maximum capacity”7 people left the store and no associate ever approached the entrance to allow more people in.
