Great place to buy cookware especially this brand Le Creuset. Diana helped my wife and I with our complete set of flame color. Very patient very knowledgeable of the Brand and we come all the way from Hayward just to come shop here because of Diana. Its a very well laid out store. Nice employees. I buy much from there. My kitchen is filled with their products. FILLED! I basically only buy their cyprus ?? green colored items but also their stainless steal pans.

I didn’t have a good experience at this location. I shopped at Gilroy before and they have much better service. I shopped during the FTT event, which was very busy. I understand that, but they had plenty of staff. One of the staff was not helpful. I asked her if she has something in stock, she immediately said no. She didn’t even look at the back or double check for me. My friend who came later and asked another staff and was able to get the item I wanted earlier. The other staff was willing to look in the back and checked that there was another one available. The point is the staff that helped me didn’t even bother to help me. She was unwelcoming and unwilling to help me. Very disappointed with the experience there.

I recently bought a grill pan at this store. I got the white enameled color which happened to be the last one, so I was told it was a display item and no longer had a Le Creuset box. Since I really wanted white I said it was ok.Upon checkout, I was told the item was final sale and couldnt be returned. The full price was $170, on sale for $99.95. I looked around and there was no Final Sale sign anywhere.I was taken aback but agreed thinking I got a really good deal. The sales associate took a pen and wrote the word Final Sale next to the item on the receipt.After I got home I Googled and found that Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Macys, LeCreuset.com all were and still are selling this exact same round grill pan for $99.95, down from $170. All these stores offer the exact same pan for $99.95 + free shipping. They all have the Le Creuset boxes, and are returnable, exchangeable. It probably is an older design and Le Creuset probably wants to get rid of it.Its good to have the option to return or exchange the item should you change your mind and want something else or exchange it for a different colorprovided that it is unused of course.All in all, this store is really not an outlet.The prices arent cheaper, and they impose the unnecessary non-returnable restrictions on you.I would go elsewhere.

I love this store. I started out with my husband buying a dutch oven. It cooked so well that I wanted more of these wonderful cooking pots. I thank Diana, the great store employee, who directed me on my pot journey. She expertly explained what every pots speciality entailed. The tansine, Moroccan pot, is the surprising standout in the bunch. The dishes that this pot makes is incredible! Highly recommend! I am the proud owner of over 20+ Le Creuset pots and ceramics. Thanks to Diana and her fellow employees who gave such good choices on cooking pots and accessories. Great looking store and great employees. Keep up the great work.

The store is clean and items were easy to locate. There were quite a few customers but I was still greeted by Sabas and he answered all my questions and even gave me useful information about the products that I had no idea about. I appreciate when the associates know the products inside and out!
