Top quality equipment and the top service to go along with it. Very incredibly helpful staff that is willing to help and answer questions. 1000% better than the warehouse mega stores that have lower grade products at higher costs with no service to go along with it.

A little pricey, but the service is fantastic. Great selection of saws.

The staff here are very helpful and they really know their stuff. The prices are high, but I kind of expect that from the Stihl brand. If you like Stihl products, then this is the place to go.

I have needed this knowledgeable team to repair a few of my power equipment over the years and they have always done a good job for me. I dont know of anyone else close to Livermore who can work on small engines, so they seem to have a slight corner on the market, enabling them to charge just about anything they want, which is sometimes the case.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Young man showed me how to use my trimmer that I had purchased.

Took my mower in for a carburetor problem, they suggested a complete service and tune up. Three ten minute mowings later, same problem. Told it now needs a new carburetor because it is in such bad shape with build up from using bad gas and not the special gas they sell. Never mentioned during the $140.00 tune up that the carburetor had issues. Buyer beware!
