Watch the curbs at pumps 3 & 6. I saw the silver truck getting his tire changed by the Safe Tow guy after running the curb. Then I heard the taxi behind me rub the curb and pop his tire as well.Talked to both drivers. I guess the taxi guy had to take pics to give to the owner, who was to be in the following morning.

Paid for a car wash and it didn’t use any soap.

I went to this gas station as this was the closest one and I was super low on gas. I didnt have any issues until when the gas pump clicked indicating it was done filling up my car. The meter kept going and the gas kept coming out. I tried pressing on the lever again to get it to stop, but it was already popped out. Gas spilled everywhere. The staff working there was incompetent and had to call the manager out. They at first made it seem like I broke the gas pump when they said the guy before me had no issues. I had two other people see the incident and went to get me help. The manager finally gave me a couple of dollars back as a refund for extra gas pumped and a free car wash, but I will never come here again to get gas. I have never had this issue happen to me before.

As a Shell member I decided to stop in to make a purchase including use of the restrooms. They first told me they dont have any for customers, then told me it was broken. I decided to leave and go elsewhere to give my business. Poor attitude, poor customer service, and ALL gas stops should have working restroom facilities. Avoid this place.

This is my go to gas station on the west side of Livermore. Easy to get in and out. Prices arent jacked up like a few others around.

Rude staff. Gross restroom.

Husband paid extra for a car wash here only to be told he couldntc use it. No refund AND there was a credit card skimmer on the gas pump. So someone also spent $500 with his card number a couple days later. Scummy all around. Avoid at all costs.

This is where we get the car washed. Its the closest gas station with a car wash and theres a 20% discount on gas when you purchase a car wash.

Worst customer service from the employee behind the counter “Raiki”I was in line with 2 other people for the car wash malfunctioning, as we were told that we need to learn to use the carwash and if we had a problem with not getting a refund to call the owner.

Worst gas station in Livermore. The Drunk man that works there is rude and incompetent. I have tried going there twice and both times had problems with their pumps not working. Do yourself a favor and avoid this gas station. WORTHLESS!!

I dont even know how they can pay the running expenses. Prices are DIRE and it looks like a money laundry. I cannot believe that they are still in business.
