I worked here as a supervisor and was content with the job until management changed. When the store manager left she was replaced by someone who was rude and unprofessional and thrived on having smart remarks when any problem rose in response to the shipping company, customers, and the employees. I knew it was bad when customers would come up to me to complain about the manager lack of service and I would have to apologize for her actions. I also knew it was bad when the energy of the workers would change whenever the manager came around. I believe Management need to improve on their communication and customer service skills and and spend less time in the back eating and outside of the store and more time on the floor building rapport with the clients. During my experience at KLP it seems as if management wanted to avoid the sale floor and clients so they would do things that was unnecessary such as move clothes around the floor during peak hours so they did not have to talk to customers. There was also a few times that the acting SM said inappropriate remarks in front of the team. The remarks included telling a Hispanic worker that she “talks ghetto” and telling the team she knows how to clean good ‘because her mother is Mexican’ which made me and other members of the team feel uncomfortable. This is just some of the things I witnessed/ experience while working there. Overall, not the best experience.

After one season of use, I noticed defective material. When I report my concern regarding the quality of material, the store manager Lelani was very helpful and understanding. She hear my concern and promptly connect me with Ranee at cooperate. I received a replacement bag without hassle. I am so pleased that they stand by the quality of their product and provide 100% satisfaction. Customer services top notch.
