Got scammed in the other store at Livermore, went in this store early Jan to see if they get my credit back for the phone that I traded in, tim (same name as ME) helped me promise he will look in to it. He end up calling corporate in front of me and help me filed a ticket, and emailed his manager at the same time he follow up with me by reaching out to me few days later to see if any one from corporate has reached out to me. Even though they are still trying to figure out where the missing credit, but i am glad somebody actually cares and help me to resolve my problem

AMAZING customer service. I was with Verizon for years and was fed up and decided to change to T-Moble. Best decision EVER!!! The staff at T-Mobile Livermore are so helpful and really know what they are talking about. I feel like they actually care about my experience and try their best to help me in anyway that they can. I am such a happy customer now! Great Job T-Mobile Livermore!!!!
Store is kept clean and staff is very kind. I was able to switch over my phone service from sprint and I have no regrets. Great service!
Customer service at this location was excellent. They greeted me when i came in and were very knowledgable and educated with the product and plans I had questions about. Wais was the employee that helped me when I went in and he was all about structuring the best phone plan that suited my wants and needs. He did this all of that with a smile on his face.A+ all around. Keep it up guys!
Nice and helpful when they want to sell you something, but completely deceitful when it came to getting a replacement for the samsung galaxy 7 note. Said they didnt get any shipments in when later we found out they were getting them in daily. Also said there was no list to be put on when in fact there was.

Employees mis quoted and mislead me about price to upgrade phone. $60 quoted upgrade price turned into $215 and I couldnt go back at that point. Very upset with customer service.This review isnt based on the phone service but my experience upgrading my daughters phone.After her phone broke we went in to get another one and they gave me an option to get a refurbished replacement for free or use the jump option to get the new iPhone for around $60. (Tax only). Coming back the next day to get the new iPhone they said I had to pay an additional $55 down payment which wasnt mentioned before so I had to pay $115. Then my daughter realized they quoted and sold her the 16GB model intead of the 64 GB she had before. Apparently they never asked which storage option she wanted and just grabbed the cheapest one in stock. When returning they said the 64GB was an additional $100 down payment bringing my $60 upgrade to $215. I would have never upgraded her if I knew it cost this much. They could not undo the transaction because they took her broken phone the night before. So now we have no option but to pay the additional $100 to upgrade.I believe I was intentionally misquoted the cheapest possible price to sell me the upgrade instead of initiating a service warranty call to replace the old broken phone. Also they never asked which storage option we wanted. Also the employee told me there were only 2 nearby T-Mobile stores in my area when in fact there are 3.I will never return to this store

Nice store and best customer service. Keep in mind that New sim jackets are $25 each as of now 4-2017 .T mobile raised the price on sims .no longer available for $10 .

Awesome awesome awesome!!!!! The best Tmobile store I have ever been to! Staff was excellent & very friendly they attended to all my needs. I believe this location is new.. which is great! Its also very clean. We really needed a Tmobile in Livermore because I was getting super annoyed having to drive to Stoneridge just to pay a bill or get my update. Anyway! Give this place a try, its worth it!
FINALLY! A T-Mobile store in Livermore, now I do not have to drive all the way to Tracy or Pleasanton! Great staff and the customer service is awesome!
You have to look over their shoulder and check their work. These guys do not know what theyre doing. Ported the wrong phone number over from Verizon and messed up my business account. Be careful when dealing with these kids.
Thank you T-MOBILE for finally opening up a store in my neighborhood!! II saw the promotion online yesterday about a FREE TABLET just for adding mobile internet, just left the store with tablet in hand!!! Thank you Mo the Store manager for all the help and getting me exactly what I wanted!!
The service is very poor and they are rude. When you go to add a new line or replace an old phone they can not do it at all. Their identity theft policy is terrible. I hate going to that shop because they never resolve the the technical problems and the phone selection is very bad.
