I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but Jim and Loretta wanted me to be 100% sure and encouraged me to test drive several bikes for comparisons between models. I wound up purchasing the one I thought I wanted, but appreciated their support to be sure.They were also SUPER flexible and will swap out black accessories for brown to give it a retro look.Super excited to get my red Pedego, customized with Woodys fenders! I recently rented a Pedego bike while on vacation and decided that I would look into purchasing one once I returned home.I visited Pedego Livermore to view their selection and take a test ride. We went there so I could try a bike. The owner was very accommodating and spent a lot of time with me, telling me about the different bikes and options that were available. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but left with a lot more knowledge and can’t wait to go back and try other bikes until I find the one that’s suited for me and my needs.

I was in the area and dropped in to check out the Pedego e-bikes. Ended up test riding two bikes. City commuter and the Boomerang Platinum edition. Great service and easy process to test ride. It was my first time riding an e-bike and I loved it. Considering the Boomerang as a commuter bike for my 9-mile one-way commute to work.

Over the last few months I had done a lot of research on e-bikes, including watching numerous YouTube reviews. So this afternoon we went down to the Pedego store in Livermore to try out a few bikes. I was pretty sure what I wanted, but Jim encouraged me to try a couple of other styles after explaining the differences between them. I’m glad that I listened to his advice because I found something much more comfortable than the one I initially chose. My wife and I are now the proud owners of two interceptors.Jim really knows his stuff, and focuses on making sure you get the best for your needs.

I have spine issues and found that cycling against the wind triggers problems. I learned online that Pedego was the best in the Tri Valley to learn about electric bikes and that advice proved to be true. Jim helped me and was very informative, friendly and gave enough info where I didn’t feel overwhelmed, only knowledgeable in what to expect before riding each bike. He chose 4 for me to try out. He did NOT do any hard core sales tactics, he just gave me information and answered each of my questions.It was my first inquiry about electric bikes. I came away feeling that I walked away with the knowledge I was seeking w/o any sales pressure.The toughest part is to choose which bike I want to buy, but Jim assured me that I was welcomed to try each one for a longer trial. Pedego rents electric bikes too. When I decide, I will definitely buy from Livermore Pedego. It’s rare these days to receive such exceptional customer service. They also do repairs onsite too, which is an added bonus. They have a nice stock of different types of bikes to choose from.I will update this review after buying my new electric bike!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The bikes were super clean & obviously amazing quality bikes. It was my first time using an electric bike and they kindly gave me a little lesson in the parking lot before I rented the bikes! The area is so pretty too, filled with beautiful wineries & nature. The people here were so kind, trustworthy, and fun. Would 10/10 recommend. Cant wait to come back.

I have been looking for an electric bike for a while but really wanted to touch and rest before purchasing. I love the feel of it and it’s not super heavy or to big I feel like I can’t handle it! I love that I can use it as a regular bike, with assist or with the throttle! I can’t wait to explore my whole town on my bike!

The manager was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. He explained the ebike features in detailsand let us took a long test ride up and down the road nearby for our satisfaction to make an informed buying decision.The uphill and down hill ride was very smooth and the power was very impressive while going uphill without any manual peddling.Although, the price tag of ~$4K is little on the high, butif it’s found competitive, then definitely would like to buyThis brand.

I was struggling with the price but the benefits and perks were what had me come back today and buy my first Pedego Boomerang/Stephanie Blue bike. We just picked up a Pedego Interceptor Cruiser for my wife. Very happy with the bike and all the folks who helped us. There are very friendly and accommodating and very informative. We ended up also buying new helmets and a bike rack. I think we’re ready to go have some fun!

I just purchased a new Pedego! Jim was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. He even allow me to ride the bikes before making a decision on which bike was right for “me.” He wanted me to get the right bike for me, not just what he had on his floor. He listened to what, when, how, and where I ride and made excellent suggestions. He helped guide me to a perfect match. And a five year “Warrenty” means nothing unless the dealer stands behind it. My bike got a flat as I was riding. I don’t have the space or tools to take the back wheel apart so I loaded it on the rack and went to Pedego Livermore! As always the service was quick, friendly and as always, they caught something I missed! They fixed that and I paid for the flat and was off! I highly recommend this store and owner.

After renting some Pedego Element bikes in Monterey a few weekends ago, we were hooked. Zipping up and down the coast was amazing. We researched the local dealer and called to ensure they had some Elements in stock. Jim was super helpful and friendly on the phone, and confirmed they had a good amount onsite. Upon arriving, it was clear other people were equally ready to get their hands on an Element (several display models already claimed). After a quick test drive (as a refresher) are the parking lot, we knew we’d buy a pair. Wife went with a black frame with blue wheels (they even were able to chop the bike bike to accommodate her height 5’4”) and I went black frame with red wheels (they even helped allowed me to swap the wheels off another bike to get the color combo I wanted). We also ended up adding the front lamp with integrated power and rear flashing lights. Overall the experience was great and definitely worth the drive from MH. So happy with our purchase!

I highly recommend Pedego Bikes Livermore. Jim is extremely knowledgeable about the bikes something I found missing at other bike shops I went to. He spent over 3 hours showing us all the bikes he had and letting us ride each of them multiple times, until we were able to decide on the right bike. We ended up with 3 bikes, each different but suited to our individual needs. Jim has even gone to my mothers to pick up her bike to install some upgrades she wanted . It is hard to find service of this caliber, but when you do you know youve found something special.

This place is legit! 16 of us rented electric bikes to tour the vineyards while we were in town for a wedding. They had more than enough bikes you outfit all of us on short notice plus the bikes are top notch. They carry some of the best electric bikes on the market. Super fast, good looking and long batterie life. They were quick to outfit us all and incredibly easy and helpful to work with. And to top it all of we forgot a few items in the bike when we finished and they were kind of enough to deliver to our hotel. This was the highlight of our stay and a must do if you are in the area. This review is long overdue, but I honestly cant stop thinking about the fun that is Pedago, Livermore.My girlfriend and I booked the tandem rental during their Grand Opening weekend and had the best time ever!! As soon as we arrived at the shop to pick up the rental, everyone was so nice and helpful. The owners gave us a quick tutorial on safety then a map to the local wineries and some suggestions on places to visit.The bikes themselves are amazing. The tandem got us up the hill without any problem, and was comfortable to ride. Bonus: it comes with a basket in the bag for any purchased wines, or you can pack food, etc.After visiting a couple wineries on our own, we met up with the owners and other folks from the shop for a guided ride. They were very generous in asking us to join them, and taking us to a couple spots we otherwise wouldnt have known about. Months later, we are still so appreciative of this and continue to talk about our fun day out on the bikes.I keep seeing on facebook about Wine Wednesdays, and one day soon we will join up! It is a great idea, great concept, and makes for a really fun day/evening.We are hoping to do a large group rental soon with family and friends. Highly recommend if you are visiting Livermore Wine Country or if you are local and are looking for something new and fun to do.

I visited Pedego Electric Bikes with my cousins (a group of 7) to enjoy the beautiful winieries that Livermore has to offer and I couldn’t have been more with pleased with how we were serviced. The man that helped us get set was very knowledgeable about the bikes and gave us tips on how to use them to the best of our advantage. The bikes themselves were very comfortable and easy to operate. Some of us had too much to drink so we called over to Pedego and the man that helped us was kind enough to pick us up at our location and bring us back to the shop. If you choose to enjoy the wineries as we did I recommend using Pedego Electric Bikes to get around. It’s fun to ride around and feel the sun on you and you get the chance to feel like a kid again with the power of electricity to help you get to where you want to go with ease!
