Couldn’t even reach them to schedule an appointment. Service extension rings with no answer, other extensions just transfer back to service extension that doesn’t answer. Tried several times on 2 different days. 👎🏼
The employees are nice. The service is done well. The building is way to small for this volume of business. Cramped area to check in. Not much of a waiting area and the parking is always full.
TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!!I was waiting till the end of story, so I could write an adequate review.I purchased a brand new Subaru Impreza from Livermore Subaru. A few weeks after that, I noticed that there is a weird noise when I was driving over the bumps. Since I was so happy about the Sales department of this location, I decided to go there for service.I explained everything to the mechanic, and we also went to a parking lot where are a few bumps, so he could hear the noise. He heard the noise, confirmed that and I left the car with them to fix it.After about 2 weeks, they called for the first time, saying that there is no noise and I can pick up the car. When I came, there was the same exact noise. I went with the master mechanic to the parking lot, and he said that he was not even informed that the noise was only when going over the bumps!!!I left the car with him. He found the issue, ordered new parts and replaced them( the strut, top hat and strut nut).When I came to pick up the car, THERE WAS A SCRATCH ON THE FRONT BUMPER!!! My new car... I left the car with them for another 4 days to fix that.THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 1 MONTH IN TOTAL!Fun fact, I had to drive 4 times from San Jose to Livermore.The worst part is still ahead. ANOTHER SOUND APPEARED!!!!!!!!!! There was a creaking noise when I was turning he steering wheel.I decided to go to another location for service this time( to Premiere Subaru in Fremont). They inspected the car AND FOUND OUT THAT THE REPLACED PARTS WERE NOT SITTING CORRECTLY, AND ONE PART OF THAT WHOLE ASSEMBLY IS MISSING!!! AND WHAT LIVERMORE MECHANIC DECIDED TO DO??? HE JUST PUT M3 FOAM TO FILL UP THE SPACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The people from Fremont told me IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THE CAR IN THIS CONDITION!!!!!!! I am completely upset with the service I received in Livermore. That is a disaster! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I would think twice before buying a Subaru if would have known about the quality of service provided for this car. That location is not the only one with bad reviews. Stevens Creek is having even worse reviews. I am wondering if the Subaru Regional Manager is happy about what is happening in the Service departments...
They cant even tell if the car service is complete. Except for the specific service adviser who is not reachable no one knows whether the car is ready for pickup.
