This place is great - Alan and his team always take great care of us - work to efficiently service our vehicles - whether routine or something that we are having to check up. They are also really good about being honest on what they will not work on and referring me to somewhere else (eg parking sensor addition). We have had various different makes and models in the shop with them and they have done a nice job on all of those vehicles. They have also saved us a ton of $$$ when we had an issue with a German make vs having gone to the dealer. Highly recommend that you check out Alan & Sons if you are anywhere in the Tri Valley area.

The Team at Alan & Sons was extremely helpful, professional and quick. I took my 20+ year old Jeep to get the AC diagnosed and recharged all within 2 hours. Call early to see if they can fit you in for something like this, it worked for me.Like any good shop, they also informed me of a couple problem areas to keep an eye.I will be sure to revisit this shop for future mechanical work.

Alan and sons did a great Job on my car issue with my 70. Few fine tuning issues were needed and Alan took charge and took care of it quick. Very professional and friendly. 🤘🏽

Absolutely the best and most trusted auto mechanic that we have ever come across. Family owned that takes pride in their services. Performs quality work by quality people. They will inspect your problems and provide a list of priorities with associated costs. They also provide timely updates on their progress with very quick completion of the repairs. You would find it very hard to find another mechanic that met their performance.

Alan and Sons feels like family. Victoria is on top of it, always. Shes super helpful, gives me a detail of what services they recommend with my truck. Fine with delaying work or taking care of things right away. They help me prioritize what needs done and often inspect my truck before I head out of or across the state to drive off road for a backpack trip. They keep my 18 year old truck in great condition with just the right amount of work.

This place was referred to me by an auto body repair shop. Needed an estimate of repairs for my Hayabusa 1300r For Allstate after a collision. We have been taking our cars to Alan and Sons for the past 3+ years and are completely pleased with the quality of their work which is done at a fair price. It is a company that I completely trust with the maintenance of my cars.

I stopped by to get an oil change. They ended up doing a full, detailed diagnostic on my vehicle. It came at no extra charge and now Im fully aware of all the future maintenance that needs to be done. Will definitely be going back to this location. Wonderful staff, great work and low prices!We moved to Livermore recently and needed to find an Auto Repair Shop. Two different Auto Parts Stores recommended them, so I thought they must be doing something right. They exceeded my expectations. They are very friendly and professional.
