Ordered another mattress pad over the phone. Very pleased with the others for the two mattresses I purchase earlier this year. Doctor’s Choice is the best - so comfortable and a great value for the price, less that what you’d pay for a designer mattress of the same quality. Anyways, Alan took good care of me. Everyone at this store is always polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional…and I never feel like I’m being given a hard sales pitch. Can’t recommend their products and this team enough!

Andrew at the Littleton store was awesome. He knows every bed and product in the store extremely well. He asked when we walked in if we wanted help or not, so he was respectful of that. I tried the different types of beds and found one that was perfect. Alan called me a few weeks before the delivery date and informed me the mattress was there early so we set an earlier date! Great service. I used the text messaging feature to txt w/ a salesperson and buy a product.The mattress, base, and base parts were all at different locations. So I did do a little bit of driving to pick everything up. Their office to office communications could be improved. When I arrived at the locations the salesperson was not based at, the sales ppl were not expecting me and it took some time for them to print up my invoice and figure out what was going on. Also one location, their pick up service closes b4 the store does and The salesperson didn’t tell me that. Luckily though I arrived b4 the pickup service closed. But, they do a great job of working out problems on-the-spot and got me a quick solution.The product I got is great! the salesperson was really involved and creative in making sure I got the best product in my budget.

Instead of laying on 50 different mattresses, he showed us 7-8 that fit our criteria, comfort level, and price range. I have used Denver Mattress Co. for years as my go to source for new beds. Their quality of mattress in their own line is excellent and reasonably priced. Their sales staff has always been quite knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was not let down this time either. Michael King the manager at the 8100 Crestline location was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained a few different mattress options and pricing based on what I was interested in. Ultimately his help and information assisted me in making my decision to purchase another mattress there.

I purchased a new king size adjustable bed about a month ago. We absolutely love it! Michael was helpful, kind & knowledgeable. He even followed up a few weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with my bed! Which I am! Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days but Michael nailed it!
