Shane was great. He was patient and took his time to make sure my wife and I understood the way the bed worked and how to adjust it. He gave us ample time to review payment options and let us lay on plenty of beds to be sure we had the right one chosen.

Dane was an excellent salesman who was extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of the bed and how it would help us specifically. He was only interested in what WE wanted and helped us find the one that fit us the best. Shane guided us through the Sleep Number product line with a full explanation of the differences in each model. Seeing a real-time video representation of how we slept, and how it could be changed based on a mattress was exceedingly informative. Each of our questions was fully answered with both a reasoned response and demonstration on different mattress models. Shane did not rush us even through our stay extended past posted closing hours. It was a relaxed purchasing experience which allowed us to come to our own informed decision to purchase.

One word...AMAZING!!!Have a difficult time sleeping way too often. The firmness I need constantly shifts.We purchased a bed last year. I NEVER recommend Buying On Time but it turned out to be one of the BEST decisions I ever made!Yes they are pricey but worth every penny!I opted for their Adjustable Base for Head/Feet PLUS a FOOT WARMER (truly a gift from Heaven if you suffer from cold feet and chronic foot issues).They usually have SPECIALS where you can get promotions with NO INTEREST for 12, 24 or 36 months a couple times each year.IT IS PRICEY, but if you NEED GOOD SLEEP for better performance and/or to just FEEL BETTER do NOT hesitate to purchase a bed from this company. Its TRUE, you NEVER REGRET buying a quality product from a quality business.STELLAR Sales, Customer Service and Repairs.

This is our 3rd sleep by number and we recently tried 4 other brand matresses (to save money) and finally decided that there is no match for a sleep by number bed. A good night sleep is definitely worth the extra money. We like the split king and the last time we shopped they only offered the 1/2 split. Definitely worth waiting to get the full split it is exactly what we wanted

Knowledgable and helpful sales people. My suggestion is biy the higher end beds. I bought the p series of bed which is great after we put a micro fiber topper on It. And it was still expensive but very comfortable. When I buy my next one it will be the top of their line. Is it more money yes, but there comfort level is off the chart. I will also be buying the adjustable base. Great beds and worth the money. Very happy with my purchase.

I managed the Sleep Number store in Corpus Christi for 10 wonderful years. It was exciting to visit one of the stores in Colorado. I felt very at home! Brittany was great. No pressure and explained everything in detail about all of the models and benefits of each one. Waiting for the bed to be delivered in a week. I think we are going to really like it.

Do not use Sleep Number. They charge premium prices and advertise premium service, but we purchased a bed in JANUARY and it has yet to be delivered. They failed to deliver due to lack of delivery technicians the first time despite having confirmed delivery the day before. They weren’t able to deliver the second time a month later where we waited all day and they claim to have spoken with us and claimed we said we are unable to make delivery. We NEVER received a phone call, so this was a blatant lie. This delivery is taking place in a home that is 3 hours from our primary residence and we have now driven 12 hours for two failed deliveries. Sleep Number has offered no service recovery and we have been very disappointed in their customer service.

Spoke with Robyn. The sales pitch was a bit much, but not overly unpleasant. Unfortunately, Sleep Number is out of our price range, but dont regret visiting. Definitely recommend if you have the money.

This was our first Sleep Number experience. Carol was great. She spent the proper amount of time getting us familiar with how the bed functions and then left us alone. There was no pressure to buy. Our new Sleep Number bed will be delivered next Saturday. Cant wait.

Carol was very helpful in our decision to purchase our bed. She was very informative, spent time with us and was not pushy to get the sale. We returned a day later to purchase and she was there again. Awesome experience!

So far no good. Was scheduled for delivery last week Wednesday 10-1 and needed to take my bed apart. Got a call at 12:20pm 40 min from the end of the window saying the freight was delayed and they would have to reschedule. Quite annoying since my bed was taken apart and the day was wasted. A call before the window would have been nice. I was told I would be credited some money but have yet to recieve an email confirming. Its been a countdown till delivery for us as we are very excited for a good nights rest. Unfortunately that was moved out 8 additional days. I will update once delivery has occurred and actually give a rating on the bed itself.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Aspen Grove store. Carol was very patient and accommodating. After testing several beds and mapping our sleep number twice, we bought one! Can’t wait to have it delivered and get awesome sleep!

I really like there beds. I think that they can be confusing with terminology. I just wanted them to sell me a bed frame with the mattress and or tell me to pick up one. Now it sits on my new wood floor. Technology or delivery guys are great beat the timeline I was given. Time for delivery was frustrating but delivery guys good.

Jay at the Sleep Number Aspen Grove store made it easy shopping with our 1.5 yo. We can’t wait until our bed arrives!
